    I have registered complaint on Oct 27. They said within 2 days you will receive call and engineer will visit. It is 3rd day and no one bothered to call.
    When I'm contacting customer care, they are not ready to take even further complaint.

    Also on reliance TV, RELIANCE logo is not transparent, Can something be done for this. It irritates.
    I know Reliance is not big brand compare to their competitors in dish tv and they need to increase brand value, they can show logo at start of TV and go in transparent or sleep mode. But being continuously on SCREEN, I have started hating RELIANCE.

    There are two numbers, both are registered in your database. I'm available on both.
    Please note, problem is not yet resolved. It is pathetic service from Reliance. I have really bad experience.

    My advise to all customer, if you are planning to buy Reliance Big TV, please call customer support service, it takes 30 minutes to just connect to them. To much waiting. Now think of other services.

      Reliance logo is continuously on on Reliance Big TV and it is not even transparent like other dish TV. I'm requesting all not to go for Reliance Big TV because this irritates and you can few message behind it.

      I have complaint this to Customer Care, but they cannot even ready to take complaint for this and provide alternate solution.

        Hello, My account[protected] is showing unsubscribed since 18th-19th october. As per my last conversation with Reliance representative(18th May), reliance executive requested me to recharge with INR 1600, post which my account will get activated for 8 months and gave me the assurance for it. On their request i had recharged my account accordingly. Their executive assured post my recharge in may, that it has been activated for the next eight months and i will be charged 200 per month from my recharged top-up. I recharged for INR 1600. Now on October-22, I raise this issue with the customer care and received an email(26-Oct) from their representative to again recharge my account. I responded them back with " the same story all over again" that recharged my account for 8 months in may... Now again my account is suspended".. I am experience worst experience of services after being associated with reliance services for so many years. Moreover im not getting any responses from Reliance now. Can somebody help in getting this resolved.

        I have received same email again from your end.. and no executive has thus far contacted me.. i am fed up of responding to such emails.. given the surety from you.. i would have received a resolution by now.. But i think you guys have lower down ur standard/support big time..
        No body can rely and i would not personally recommend any one to avail your services..
        Intent of raising my concern on this forum is to get a resolution and not have communication closure from ur end stating " we will get in touch with you directly". How fake that is!

        Give me a my solution, else terminate my services.. i am tired of following up...

          I have 2 connections with reliance big TV[protected]. They keep on sending me faulty set top boxes... and then every 6 months... they tell me that set top box is faulty and charge me 3000. I have already paid twice 3000 for replacing the device and no they are again telling me the same story that the DVR is faulty and needs to be replaced for 3000 again. I refused to get the box replaced again and asked them to transfer my 6K amount balance on my child connection. They refuse to refund my money and also refuse to transfer my money to child connection. They are just looting me every year for last 2 years that I have my connection. The customer care is useless and stupid and they don't know anything about it.

            Smart card no:[protected] I had called the customer care services Chennai (probably) to buy a few channels. I'am not satisfied by the way these people deal with the customers. The person on the other side was very rude plus he denied to process my request. I'd like to draw your attention to the services they offer to people. I had to buy only 3 channels but I was told that activation of a single channel was not possible and I was compelled to buy 7 channels (i.e:whole of the pack) instead. Even earlier I have bought single channels but these people sitting in the C. C.centers think that the customers can be fooled anytime. He said that there's no policy of a single channel activation and only 3 channels cannot be activated at once. If that's what their policy is, then I'll tell you that This company is so backward in terms of services in the competitive world. Companies like Tata Sky even gives the customers a choice of making their own pack while Reliance Big TV doesn't even provide the service of single channel activation and the customers are compelled to buy the whole pack rather than a single channel. The problem doesn't end here the person refused to tell his name when asked for plus he even told that he was talking from Mumbai center. Now seriously do you think we are crazy?? The guy talks in tamil and I've called from T.N. so my call must reach the nearest C.C.Center ie: Chennai but their employees think that they are the smartest creatures.No offence but does this company seriously look forward to make profit with such fraudulent services?

              Hello sir/madam: Am Francis Philip.P customer for past 4 to 5 years am i have one problem right its about payment has not been made to my account my smart card no is[protected] i have paid my amount using net banking through my cell phone once i recharged in my transaction i mean net banking account it said amount has transferred successfully but channels dint appear and when i call the customer care they said me to hold and they told our server is down call me back after an hour then after an hour i called back they said the same thing and ask me to call back after 3 hour and then i called back after 3 hour the customer call was saying like this you have enter a wrong option but i pressed the correct option even though i press the correct its saying like this u have entered wrongly and your account s suspended but i have recharged whats this am living in chennai every time when i recharge the same problem occurs like please make any immediate action to resolve this problem so that you wont miss your customer i have recharged 360ruppes i want to get recharged ASAP. Sir, On 2 Oct I replace by Set of Box No.[protected] due to some technical problem by paying Rs. 500/-. But after one week It shows the same problem. So I said to change the Set of Box again but they said that their is no stock and for changing again you have to pay the same amount. So, I requested you to please look after the matter because for the last 10 days I am suffering from the same problem.If their is no response, I have to go for other option.                   Hi, my smart card number is[protected]. We first filed a complaint to customer care on 20th Sep'15 and an executive came to change the set up box, he said he will pair the same with our card and it will take maximum 2 hrs. till then we are getting error 102 and I have wasted many calls and important time dealing with CCE who seems to be irresponsible and everyday they ask me to wait 2 days, then 4 days, then 24 hrs, then again 2 days. I even recharged my smart card with an amount of Rs. 1600 in Mid September and that money is getting waste.Again an executive visited us last week and he said its an online task and can be paired easily by online support. I just cant understand why it is taking so much time and why everytime I call, the CCE come up with new dead line. As I am calling customer care regularly from last few days, I get new funny experiences like as one of the executive working in big tv / reliance said I can call consumer court as this cant be fixed.I request you to please look into this matter as last month is like a back punch for being associated with reliance from last many years.my contact number is [protected], register number belongs to my brother

                  we called customer care today morning and they come up with new excuse i.e systems are not working and problem cant be resolved.This is pathetic !!

                  Request to please take your big tv set up box and refund us the amount we have recharged recently + cost of N number of calls my family has made to customer care + value-able time and energy wasted in dealing with CCE who dont even listen to customer and repeat few learned lines. Please REFUND and HELP !!

                      Dear Respective sir I am using BIG TV from more then 24 month. I have lodged complaint on 28.9.15 after 2day a technical man came & checked problem then he told me that setup box issue is there i can, t possible to solve the problem so you can raise complain to Customer Care like that he has told. then EverReady i calling to customer care more then 50 time continuous they are telling that it will be solved within 24 hours & Some time Customer care people telling different type of words already your problem has been solved so your compliant has been closed like that they are telling & setup box is not there. Today i have called Customer care ( 51 minutes talked) & they were passing phone one member to one member like that they have transferred my call to more then 8 people but end of nobody has given the correct answer & last told that it will be solved within 24 hours costume care people not talking with properly they are doing time pass THIS IS MONOPOLY SYSTEM IN RELIANCE BIG TV ONLY Complaints No[protected],[protected] &[protected] Smart card no[protected] please solve the problem or suggest me to take any network DISTV

                          Hi i have send a complaint earlier with my setup box[protected] on 10th October regarding non attending of service enginers at site, even after 4 days, and again with repeated registration at customer care, via[protected],[protected], one guy from a mobile number [protected] demanded as hes freelancer, and has to be paid for attending the issue, which i refused, he demanded to pay Rs 25 per meter of cable, even with out visiting the site, how can he reccognise a complaint even with out visitng the venue, earlier on July, for the same complaint i have changed the setup box by paying an amount of Rs 700 for which i never got any bill from them, since my connection is dual LMB, my other setup box with number[protected] was also disconnected as ERROR 200. Reliance BIGTV is looting money from customers, i have recharged on 04.07.2015, 22.08.2015, 20.09.2015 each with Rs 500 and now am out of getting my channels for viewving, attached details of payments made, i will be forced to take this matter before the consumer reddressel forum, Awating solution D.Aravind [protected] aravind.[protected]@gmail.com

[protected] your technician has come... you have charged me rs.175...Problem resolved... Again today[protected] you took Rs.500 from my account.. What is this? Please refund this amount As per telephonic conversation on 4-oct-2015 with your customer care executive supervisor He told we will refund the amount from 24-sept-2015 to solving date...You might have recorded the call so you can verify also... So its been 20 Days... So please refund the amount for 20 Days...The Refund amount should be around Rs.120... Kindly Kindly refund Rs.500+Rs.120=Rs.620

                              2 ऑक्टो से मैंने 3 बार सेट ऑफ़ बॉक्स खरीदने के लिए request दी है।लेकिन आज 9 ऑक्टो तक कोई भी सर्विस enggineer आया नहीं है डीलर्स visit चार्ज के नाम पर पैसा मांग रहे है । आपका केअर कहता है की पैसे मत दो मेरी रीचार्ज की वैलिडिटी ख़त्म हो रही है मुझे जल्दी से सेटअप बॉक्स दिलवादो उसका 500 का रिचार्ज मई खुद करूँगा। धन्यवाद् ।।।।

                                  My Smart Card No.[protected]. My contact Mobile No. [protected] and my registered Telephone Number (Landline) with Reliance Digital T.V. Is [protected]. I had recharged for Platinum Channel for Rs. 4131/- on 25, 09.2015. Since then my services were stopped on the ground of technical fault. I made repeated requests to their helpline to rectify the fault and restore the services. As I was not happy with their non-cooperative attitude I requested the helpline to disconnect my connection and refund the recharge made by me. The technicians were sent on 2nd October in the evening and fault was corrected and the service was restored. However again they services were suspended and I was informed by SMs to recharge further amount of Rs. 435/-. I strongly protested their action of suspending my services without being given any notice to me and I informed them that I do not wish to continue with Reliance digital TV any further and requested them to disconnect my DTH connection and refund my recharged amount after deduction of any legit mate dues from me. I am totally dissatisfied with the services of Reliance Digital DTH Services and can't bear the frequent suspension and interruptions which deprives me of my favorite programs, news and discussion on different channels. Please refund my money after deduction of any dues I owe to you and disconnect my DTH connection LOUIS JOHN D SOUZA

                                    For the past 4 months there were hardly any channels visible. There was erro 400 being constantly displayed for most of the channels. 1 More than 7 Complaints were registered on 1800 provided by reliance Dish TV in last 4 months. 2. The call centre handling the complaints are not supportive and most of the times reverted by saying the systems are not up so i have to call back ? 3. Of the 7 times, i registered the complaints, i was visited by technical support team 4 times and I was asked to change set top box, remote control and a device in my Dish. All this because i was not able to view channels in my TV. 4. Every time, a technical support guy visited my house, Rs. 250 were deducted from my account ? 4. Inspite of all the above, things never changed and they were always the same.. 5. Seems like Reliance has a criminal strategy to make money by asking people to login compliants, change devices and 250 for visits due to complaints ? 6. Mr. Ambani, i pity you for resorting to this poor strategy of making money.

                                      Reliance smart card No.[protected], Contact the reliance dish TV customer care and ask the year plan, they told me to recharge of RS 1971/- to one year, south 2 Regional Indian pack and they clearly told me no need to recharge in middle time, so I recharged on 20/09/2015 for 1 year pack of RS.1971 but they disconnected Kannada channel (except only 3 channel)and Telugu channel on 30/09/2015 again I enquirer to customer care they told me Your account balance is low recharge again of RS 40/- . again and again I called but they are not responding properly. I requesting to please correct the problem, (one year valid of south Indian Regional channel of Kannada and Telugu language) other wise return back my amount.

                                      I called on 1st October and again I told the complaint completely they told me to recharge the RS.10/- I recharge the amount and again called to customer care I told that next time I can't recharge the amount I will discontinue your dish.

                                        Sir, since 15 days my set top box is not working, one of your person changed the set top box which was in warranty and he has given an old set top box of somebody and now it is not pairing. whenever I contact the person he says contact customer care and when ever I contact the customer care they say that the set top box and smart card is not matching and they say that we have taken a complaint and it will be solved in 48 hours and don't now how many 48 hours they require and nobody cares my smart card no is[protected].
