Dear sir, I bought Relaince 3G dongle last week(Chennai). For the first 2 days it was working properly.After that it was never connected.Hybrid tower is also nil. I am using Reliance gsm no. [protected]. Unnecessary deduction was done from my account for some vas service. rs 25 was deducted. Previous also I hv this problem but some how solved .now they again started same thing. I want my money back. Customer care guys not picking my phone. Plz Slove this . And also don't want any vas service in future also....

Sir i have called to Reliance customer care executive and asked about roaming voucher. They informed me about 54 rs voucher with outgoing call @ 35 paisa/mint. So i recharged from a shop. But i didn't get the benefits as told by the customer care executive, do not even get any balance also. I called 3 times but every customer executive said that system up gradation is going on for more than 4 hours of time. So please look into the matter...

My reliance broadband subscriber id is[protected]. The broadband modem has not been working since 26th november. I had registered a complaint on 26th nov itself(service request id[protected]. I called the customer care more than 10 times, always they were telling that i would get a call from technical team and issue would be resolved in 24 hours. When i called the customercare last saturday they told me that the issue is already closed...

Hi I am Amit Dhiman from Phase 6, Mohali My internet ID:[protected] Its about 20th day and my net problem still not resolved. Its fluctuating all the day. It works for few minutes and than lost again for uncertain time. I had filed a complain but they are unable to fix it. A guy cam with no knowledge about anything. Even he don't know how to go into control pannel. Funny... Anyway is there any hance of getting this net connection...

Dear Sir, Earlier I complaint for deducting my balance with naming different VAS Charges, and customer services wrote one of the executive spoke to me and resolved the problem, There is no conversation done with your associate but some deducted balance credited by number ( [protected]). i have internet connection in pune cust id[protected] i opted for ur wired broadband connection on 04/12/2014 it started working well but on next day it stopped working . i complained about this issue to the tollfree no and on 06/12/2014 there service engineer came to resolve the issue but didnt solved it and said he need to to go to office for some server settings and will come back but then he switched off his mobile phone for 2 days...

my mobile no. is [protected] ...daily any vas service is activated on my no. without suscribing and my bal. also deducted daily sometime 1 rupee some times 5 rupee and when i call to your service centre theydidn't pick my any call im trying to call your service centre about 50 times but no. response from there...plz deactivate my vas and return my all bal....

I had recharged with Rs. 678 on 22nd October 2014 which gives 1 gb data per month for 12 months on my reliance cdma no [protected]. It was Diwali offer from Reliance cdma. My net balance was around 1500 MB when I started using internet on 22nd Nov 2014 but all my main balance got deducted to zero instead of deducting from net balance.
