This is regarding mob no[protected] I submitted port request but it's pending from reliance end. I contacted with other operator they said pending from reliance end. May I know why this pending for long. Try to contact with reliance customer care but unable to reach. Sent so many emails to customer care and appellate officer but they didn't answer my issue. I called the customer care 6 times, called yesterday too. Everytime i was told that the technical team would contact me and issue would be resolved in 24 hours. The payment needed to be done in advance, which i did.
