    Dear Sir,
    I am one of the early customer of RENAULT Duster (KL-07 BW 6364) since January 2013 with full payment of cash on whole. The reputation and quality of RENAULT in the globe has made me to make the purchase.

    The vehicle was performing pretty good till day before yesterday. I changed the timing belt at 1, 26, 000 KM on 30th December 2015 and subsequently the alternator belt and relevant supporting on 29th January 2016. After the successful completion of change over, the vehicle started produced abnormal sounds day before yesterday late night while I was on the way from Cochin to Trivandrum in Kerala. Since there was no wrong indicators lighted, I drove another 200 KM to reach Trivandrum. Yesterday I made the vehicle to service center in Trivandrum and the service personals told that we need to change the belts again and no warranty is covered.

    But according to the information published in your supporting documents all repair parts carry warranty for a year. Today another personal called me over phone from the same service center and communicated that the entire engine needs to be changed. I don't know why the reputation of RENAULT is wrongly used by them. There is no depression in the engine happened to change the same to my knowledge.

    Kindly look into this and requesting you to look into this immediately as I requested them to handover the vehicle to me in the same condition which I bought to the service center which they are reluctant to. I don't know whether the service engineers deployed and having enough knowledge on the same. Since my vehicle was performing pretty good, there is new 4 Duster bought in my circle, which I feel I gave a wrong interpretations because after sales is where the success happens.

        I purchased a Renault Duster from your Srinagar Showroom on 14 th December 20015 .In the name of Samina Shah. While I was processing my papers for registration in concerned RTO Office .My papers were rejected as they said that the Form no.24 submitted by me was a scanned copy and an original one is required. I contacted the Renault dealer in Srinagar who after some delay gave me a new Form 24 saying that this is the original one. I again submitted my file for the registration of my vehicle to my shock and surprise my file was again rejected by the RTO office citing the same reason as earlier.
        I am totally disgusted and shattered that a company of international repute can do such a thing to their customers. I am feeling that the car given to me is a stolen car from somewhere as they have not been able to give me the Form 24 for the second time. It is shocking to know that your showroom in Srinagar is being used for such an activities. If my papers are not given to me in a day or two I am going to go the Police and highlight this issue in the media. Plus I am also going to sue u for the inconvenience your company has given me.

          Hello

          I booked renaut KWID on 21st October 2015, at the time of booking sales person told me that i will get this car around 1st week of Jan 16, but still i haven't got any update..

          On top of it when I am calling at showroom, but I could not get any satisfactory response from them. I have already received message from company on 8th January 2016, my car is manufactured at Renaults Chennai Production in spite of that I could not receive till date.

          Can you confirm me when I will received my car??? is this the way renault is dealing with customers??? Its show that you commitment level is very poor. I am worried about after your sales service also because I believed in this situation you are not given priority a responsibility and accountability towards customer.

            My self JITENDER SETHI I have booked the car in mahindra and mahindra dealer shri durga automobiles 55 no.rama road delhi 110015 mahindra KUV 100 k2 petrol 2016 model car in[protected] when we booked the car we told that executive that our relative marriage in[protected] that's the main reason we booked the new car and they told us no problem sir we promise to you we delivered the car before[protected] but know they told us wait for one month more they delivered the car in march or you cancel the car or you buy kuv100 k4 model that's cost to you near Rs.38k more.that's not fine when they booked the car they promise us high expectations and know they cheat us.Helping us as soon as possible.

              Kwid - acceleration problem

              I bught KWID on 28 October in Delhi. Since the day I have bought the car. the cars accelerator misses at slow speed. i.e the car is in gear the engine is on everything in order however when accelerated it doesnst pick up the speed.               Hello

              I booked renaut KWID on 13th october, at the time of booking sales person told me that i will get this car around Jan, but still i haven't got any update..

              On top of it when I am calling at showroom, 1 stupid lady is picking and giving me some wrong number again and again and shouting on me that don't call here call at different number which i have provided.

              is this the way renault is dealing with customers?

                I bought Kwid last month. I need to buy a car stereo and front/dashboard speakers for my Kwid. Unfortunately I'm unable to find the information on size of dashboard speakers. Even dealers were unable to confirm the diameter of speakers which can get fit into the dashboard of KWID.
                Can anyone please help?

                    Consultants Visited Company Renault Nissan on Wednesday.
                    They gave us Requirement like 2015 Passedouts.

                    We Processed Colleges for Campus. After Collecting College details they never proceed with consultant. Dealing directly and ignoring consultants.


                    Wasting Consultants time. We spent Rs. 400 to topup and called Colleges to Arranged Campus Drive for 2014-15 Academic Completed Students.
                    Totally waste of Money in Calling Colleges and waste of time for us. Can they compensate the Time and Money wasted in Calls?

                    In the name of Campus Drive, Company Renault Nissan is doing many wrong Activities.

                    We charged Rs. 30, 000 to College to Organise and Process Campus drive. We never get single NP from Renault Nissan. College management has decided to Consuct Drive on 06.02.2016,
                    To get Successful walkin we taught to collect the Approval on 01.02.2016
                    From 02.02.2016 to 05.06.2016 we need to place Banner, TV Scrolling Advertisement, etc.

                    never answered the call.

                      This is regarding ticket no 1408 207, brand new renault kwid bought from anna nagar, chennai showroom on 13/1/2016 which broke down on 20/1/2016 in vellore.

                      I bought this renault kwid from Annanagar chennai showroom on 13/1/2016 and took it for my first ride :( 2 weeks back to vellore and i was returning back to chennai on 20/1/2016, I was getting petrol smell inside the car, so was checking everywhere and found that the petrol is leaking below my car engine, contacted customer care on 21/1/2016 and they advised me to stop the care and tow it to vellore showroom, and they towed it to vellore show room, after the initial investigation they found that the fuel pipe has burst and it is a manufacturing defect and they dont have a spare parts for that so said they cannot do it on the same day and since the parts has to be shipped from their chennai plant it will take 2 or 3 days but promised that they will do their best and place a high priority order since the car is non drivable and promised a delivery on 23/1/2016. I asked for a drop to chennai since car broke down and it was a manufacturing defect, so they (Vellore showroom ) arranged for a taxi and promised that they will pay half the price of taxi and the remaining amount should be paid by me and the half money will be paid when i come back to collect my car . So based on these promises i left my car in their showroom and returned back to chennai.

                      I was disappointed because it is a brand new car and because of the manufacturing defect i had to go through all these horrible experience of stopping my trip and drop the car in a showroom and leave it there and only half of the taxi price would be provided by renault, so i had called renault customer care on 21/1/2016 and raised a complaint about this and asked them what was the root cause, till now it is 30th of december, 11 days since my car broke down, i did not get any response, i have been daily following up with Renault customer care, but till now no updates has been provided by Renault, everytime it is the same thing " The corresponding team person is not available and a return call will be arranged as soon as possible"

                      I fed up calling them, i asked many times to connect to a supervisor or escalate the issue, but they say they dont have any supervisors, but everytime the same promise that the customer service person will personally escalate this call and somebody will call back.

                      I also spoke to the branch manager, he initially said the parts will arrive on 21/1/2016 and will deliver on 21/1/2016, when i called on 21/1/2016, he says the parts was missed, but it is a half an hour job and he will deliver my car as soon as the parts arrive, he said it is not his mistake, it was renault which did not send the parts, it is 10 days since he ordered for parts, but he is yet to get the parts from their chennai plant where the car is manufactured, which is roughly 100 kms away from vellore showroom which is 2 hours drive from vellore .

                      After this and after following up so many times through phone, got fed up with their voice based customer care and showroom, emailed them with full details 3 days back and till now no response has been given by the show room or the voice based customer service or their customer care email team.

                      I have reminded them every day since i sent a email, but even then they have not replied to my email till now. I already sent a email to them saying that if this is how they will treat their customers i will take them to the social forums etc, but even then they dont care !! .

                      This shows their arrogance and worst customer service!! And i wonder if they dont get a spare part for 10 days that too to vellore which is very close to the place where this car is manufactured ( Chennai), i wonder how they are going to treat their pan india customers.

                      I request people to think twice or thrice before buying this vehicle, this could at best be a good looking toy, but not a real car . And customer care forget it !!

                      Fuel hose replaced to satisfaction.It took time, after following up rigorously they changed it !!. It was not a ideal experience, but considering this a new car, teething problems exists, but hopefully renault concentrates on Kwid post delivery services.

                        I have purchased Renault Kwid. At the time of registration formalities of vehicle sales rep Sunita of Renault showroom Vashi Navi Mumbai had taken my original voters card about a month back.
                        She had assured me to return the same at the time of delivery of vehicle.
                        However she did not do so and told be that she will return the same with 2-3 days .
                        This is going on for the past 20 days.
                        Hence i request that corrective action may be taken in this matter so that such sales rep dont take such matters in a careless manner.

                          Dealing with you was a traumatising experience. Your Chennai OMR dealer sent me a SMS on[protected] with a number ([protected]) to be contacted for service. Yesterday[protected] my Duster car broke down and I contacted the said number (on[protected] at 5.28 pm). The lady who picked up asked me (in Tamil) if I had brains. I told her to be polite and disconnected the line. I rushed to the dealer and complained to the After Sales Manager, Mr Krishna Kumar, who was evasive about replying to me.
                          I came out from the dealer’s place and I got a call from the same number[protected] at 6.05 pm). A rude male voice threatened to beat me up. I was agitated and rushed to the same After Sales Manager who claimed he was helpless.
                          It was an extremely unpleasant experience and I regretted buying your product.
                          Maybe Renault should learn from other Japanese companies who treat their customers with respect.
                          I will definitely circulate this instance over the social media and tell the world about your incapability of handling your substandard dealers.
                          It is shameful and makes me feel terrible

                              We booked a Renault Kwid in the name of Mr. Pankaj Sharma from Sapna Cars Pvt Ltd- Mandi (Himachal Pradesh) on September 29th, 2015 with the expected date of delivery to be December, 2015... The dealer is now delaying the delivery explaining that Cars have not been delivered from the Renault India. We booked 4 Renault Kwid along with my friends. I am totally dis-pointed with your service.I also Call your customer care but no phone call was accepted. If you are not delivered on time then give me a strait forward answer. There are lots of other company's in the market. 5 months waiting period is not a joke.I want to buy this car for special occasion.If you are deliver it on this month then its well & good for me, otherwise we are going to cancel all these 4 booking & in future never trust on Renault.


                              Could you please look into the matter and let us know in case there is actually a delay from Renault India and not from dealer's end.

So i apply for car loan and paid the entire amount. But till date i have not received my car. Now they are misbehaving with me not giving any proper reply.                                   I have cancelled Renault Kwid booking in Fatimanagr Pune on 18th December 2015 and today its 15th Jan 2016...I didnt get my booking amount back till now. I contacted many times in showroom, every-time they replied with different reasons like audit is going on, one director sign is remaining, dealership has been changed and just pushing check delivery week by week. Now after 5 weeks again Sales representative and showroom Manager are pushing it by 3 weeks by saying do whatever you want or you can do... what the bad experience RENAULT LEADERSHIP is giving to the consumers.. Its very bad sign and RENAULT management is directly or indirectly showing careless attitude for customers.                                     Dear concern, MY car registration no- HR 36 V 3600, I completed service on 2nd Dec 2015 in Renault service centre sector 37 near Hero Honda chowk Gurgaon 122001, As per service centre all points completed but actually from my side observed some points not done. during running I observed that door noise still exist, front axle noise exist, even no. of time I contacted to customer care but no satisfactory reply, some warrenty related work also not done during servicing.they said part not available and pl.do warrenty related work from other service centre.                                       Dear Sir/Madam, Greetings for the Day!!! I am RAJNEESH GUPTA – [protected] Ghaziabad I would like to thanks to Renault for imposing a very Good /budgeted vehicle, KWID, in market. I had booked a KWID RXT(Grey Colour) on 22/11/15, with a waiting period of 70~90 Days, as confirmed by Dealer(Crystal Automobiles Pvt. Ltd., G-5, Patel Nagar-III, Ghaziabad, Ph.[protected]/[protected]). I had given Rs. 10, 000 as booking amount, and the quotation shared by Mr. Ravi Saxena (Employee of Crystal Automobiles, Ghaziabad) was of Rs. 404000 approx.(excluding Body Care- Rs. 6332 & Excluding Essential Kit- Rs. 3920, both I did not want to purchase) & promised me to give Car Body cover as free of cost at the time of delivery. Now today, ie 12/01/2016, I went to dealer to know about the status of my car, they(Mr. Brijesh Singh, Employee of Crystal Automobile- [protected]) told me that, they will give me delivery on approx. 25th Jan`16. Then I requested to share the final price of the car, since Renault has also taken a price hike, they shared the rates with me as per attached quotation. I have no problem with the things written in quotation, since I hope everything is as per Renault`s policy, my only concern is that, I don’t want to go for somethings written in quotation, which I will be purchasing from outside market. Below are things -: 1).Insurance + 0 % Debt - Rs. 16188 – I will be purchasing with HDFC Bank, with my LOAN 2).Body Care- Rs. 6332- Not Required 3).Essential Kit- Rs. 3920- Car Cover/MUD Flap/Perfume/MAT- Will be purchasing from outside. Mr. Brijesh is saying that customer is bound to buy all these things with Renault Show-room, since this is the time to EARN money. If you want you may cancel your booking, we cannot do anything for you. This is my story, just in simple words asking for support, & hope I am not demanding something wrong. I am not even asking for any kind of Discount, So I would request you to please exclude the above things from my final quotation and make your Renault customer HAPPY.
