Complaint regarding car and dealers incorporation

I have purchased Renault Kiwid on 19/01/2016 from Basudev Motors, Jorhat. My complaints are listed below.
1. There is a noise coming out from Front side Left wheel.
2. I suggest to proper train the Dealers ALL Staff how to behave with customer.
3. While others car company give a rebate to cooperate employee your company do not give the same....

I have faced two times starting trouble (Self start) in Renault Kwid. 1st time they have replaced fuse of the self start.But within a month same problem happened. It caused me much problem as i struck in traffic. I am so embarrassed it a new vehicle have to toe this one to the service station. Renault duster
