New Renault KWID car facing the starting issue/problem (Complaint No. 42617)

Poor Response in chennai

Already we people in chennai are struggling to come out of the flood trauma. Over and above the way car service engineers response is pathetic. After towing the vehicle (which was done after so many follow ups) nothing was processed. Kwid delivery

Today dealer staff called me & saying we will deliver you vehicle in 1st week of Dec'15 but we can't help you regarding your loss of 17000/-.
This response is not acceptable & now i am thinking to cancel the booking & renault has to refund me all my full payment including cancellation charges, loan processing fees.
The renault customer relation team is also not responding properly & always their answer...
