Hello,
This is regarding my order for roayal oak venus computer table.
It was assembled on 30th oct 2018, the table is damaged on the top right corner.
I have been writing to royal oak customer care from nov 2nd 2018 but there is no solution provided to this till date. I have never seen such pathetic customer service till now.
If you can't replace the detective part at the earliest, kindly take back the product...

I had purchased 3+2 seater finyl sofa just 2 months back. Already i here a kind of cracking noise when we sit on the sofa. This is surprising, they say one year warranty and we do not see any service just after 2 months and where is the question of one year.
