Shoppers Stop - Estore — Extreme delay in delivery

This is by far the worst online store, I have come across. Later my friends told me that they have faced the same issues. The order was placed on 27th April and today is 11th May and all the products are yet to be delivered. When you speak to the customer care, they tell you the status, which is of no use and none of them registers a complaint or take it forward. I shop online at a regular basis and everyone is so quick to arrange and deliver. I for sure know, that I would never ever buy from this store online.
