After being a loyal customer with shoppers stop it's astonishing to see the way the service is in shoppersstop vashi in orbit mall.. After purchasing a esprit watch in August 2014 as a gift to someone else for an amount of around 7000 rs, the watch has already stopped working. And after giving it back to ss to repair, it's been more than a week and no response. Is this really the service we get after being so loyal? Not only this, at the time of purchase, it may also be mentioned here that we asked to exchange another watch with the esprit watch for which we were misled that it was possible and after running around to the first floor and down again and after wasting so much time (at least 45 mins waiting) to process the exchange and after being assured it was possible, we were then told it was not. After arguing till 10 in the night we finally got the watch which is now sadly not in a usable condition after just 3 months usage. Still waiting for them to fix the issue and return the piece so that the gift would actually be used as intended!!! It's a shame.. This loyalty is now lost!!! Was this information helpful? |
