Dear Sir, I purchase Life Women Cotton Check Shorts(Blue) on 4th may 2015 by net banking and my order no. is 7000760 now i dont know the status of my order whether the order is out for delivery or not then i given a call in shopper stop customer care they also dont know when the order is out for delivery their is no update nothing else my main concern is how much days you people take to arrange an item and if the item is not available then why you are giving an option in online portal to place an order.. We requested the courier service to get the parcel delivered between 5-7 or on saturday or Sunday which they refused to do now this courier is returned back to the ware house can you tell me what needs to be done to get this courier,

I placed an order for a t-shirt(order confirmation number[protected] on 23 Jul 2016 and paid for it online. I have still not received my delivery. Customer care number is just playing an automated message. On writing to customer support, one mail was ignored, post followup, the same message played on customer care number was sent on email, however no delivery date was shared for the product. Extremely poor service by Shopperstop for online orders. Thankfully I refrained from placing a bigger order to first check the service.
