Shoppers Stop — Re: i am not get my refund

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have ordered chudiar from shoppers stop on Oct.14th Rs.733.99 paise. I have made payment done with net banking on same day. After 10 days they have sent order cancellation mail due to out of stock... story. Then I have asked my refund for that order. They said that with in 3 days it will reflect in your account. But its not happen, I contacted to customer care they said that it will take 15 days, I am really fed up for their wrong commitment. Now more than 15 days still I am not get my refund amount. Please kindly take action.
