On 26/01/24 I visited Shopper’s Stop, Mani Square Mall Kolkata 164/1 Mani Square Mall, Maniktala Main Road, Kankurgachi, Kolkata Pin : 700054 to inquire about the availability of sales on a Carlton Backpack . To my dismay, Mr. AMLAN Banerjee responded in an extremely rude manner when I asked about potential discounts. Instead of providing a courteous response, he tersely suggested that I should purchase the item elsewhere if I was looking for a deal. I expect a higher standard of service from your staff, and incidents like these are detrimental to the overall image of your company. It is my hope that steps will be taken to prevent such incidents in the future, fostering a more positive and customer-friendly environment within your store.
