Shoppersstop.com — Received a used and defective product

My order was delivered on 4th of June, I’ve raised a return request on that particular day as the order delivered to me was not up to the mark, it was used and defective. It has been 20 days since I’ve received a proper answer from the customer care people. I’ve called them 4 times in this period of time. The product has costed me 3099. It is not a small amount which I can let go. I need my refund and I even need justice for this
