This is a very bad first experience with shopperstop. Firstly they are charging a very high delivery fee of Rs 150 which is non-refundable. Second, I ordered for a midi dress and got a plain capri set instead, a completely different item, for which there is no exchange or return option on the website. Very bad shopperstop service. I want my money back, I spent 700/- on the dress plus 150/- delivery fee. Or atleast they can exchange with the right item. I wrote an email to their customer care today, for which I have not yet received any response even. I tried calling their customer service number, but the call disconnected as soon as a I selected the option to talk to their representative.
