I had ordered a Sari on 11th Jun 2024. The order wasn't dispatched for longer than the 3-5 days mentioned on the app. I complained to [protected]@shoppersstop.com. They incorrectly closed the ticket telling it is deliverd on 14th June. I complained again and they changed status of order to dispatched from backend on 20th June and without a tracking id.
When I called customer care again, they gave an incorrect tracking id of an order delivered previously. Since then [protected]@shoppersstop and the grievance redressal email ids are not responding. On calling customer care they ask for 48 hrs time and never respond on emails. They don't want to share escalation email id. And now claim I can cancel the order only on receiving it and then get a refund!!! And they have failed to deliver the order. When I asked for a valid tracking id they said they canceled it and i will receive a refund, but that also they didn't email.
