I am writing to express my extreme disgust and frustration with the experience I've had with your company. Despite being a customer in good standing, I've been subjected to a series o[censored]nacceptable events that have caused me significant distress.
For no fault of mine, your logistics partner has cancelled the pickup of my items TWICE. I've been following up daily since July 30th and yet there has been no escalation or action taken to resolve this issue. It's been almost 20 days since my product has been lying at home and I'm still waiting for a resolution.
To add insult to injury, I've been bombarded with numerous emails requesting verification and information, which I've provided promptly. This is information already available with you yet to keeping harassing the customer. This harassment has only added to my frustration and mental anguish.
I demand the following:
1. A total refund for both items
2. An additional amount for the mental torture and distress caused by your company's ineptitude
