I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the way my ongoing issue regarding the voucher code redemption has been handled. It has been over two weeks and approximately 19+ follow-up emails, yet the matter remains unresolved.
1. Lack of Resolution: Despite my repeated follow-ups, the issue with redeeming the EGV voucher code is still not addressed.
2. Email Thread Mismanagement: Every time I correspond on this matter, a new email thread is initiated, even though the same conversation has been ongoing for weeks. This not only creates confusion but also adds unnecessary delays.
3. Repeated Requests for Information Already Shared: I have repeatedly shared screenshots of the payment page where I attempted to redeem the voucher code. Despite this, I am being asked to try the same steps again, which clearly do not work. It is frustrating to see my earlier responses and evidence being overlooked.
4. I have got this voucher from Amex, Point Redemption, and ShopperStop EGV voucher, where both the team are unable to handle this request where I am facing invalid code redemption on my voucher. And both the team are asking me to consult other party's customer care. And neither of Amex nor of ShopperStop able to resolve this for so long time.
I urge you to review the screenshots and details I have already provided carefully. Please resolve this issue at the earliest and ensure that I am not asked to repeat steps that have already been attempted and documented.
