Damage done to my car at Autograf Cars

Last month I took my Skoda Ocatvia for service at the "apparently" authorised Scoda Service Centre at Sakinaka known as Autograph Cars. They charged me a lot of money and damaged the following in my car. I have to get this repaired now by a local mechanic.

Company could not arrange a spare part.

Hi, I am an unfortunate customer of a SKODA vehicle. Three months back I have taken a Skoda Fabia (AP 11 AG 6458). Mistakenly, I lost the Vehicle Manual (Including Sevice schedule and Stereo manual). Immediately I have contacted M/s Mahaveer Auto who is authorized dealer here in Hyderabad. They have assured me of arranging another one, but even after 2 months, they could not arrange the Manual.

Worst customer service

Hi,

This is srinivas from Andhra pradesh and I own Skoda Octavia. I am here to tell you that skoda showroom and servicecentre of Vijayawada is so terrible that they took 3 long weeks and they have still done nothing and they are worst at responding the calls even . They dont have even proper technicians and proper staff to respond in a fair manner. Even if we make a call to the showroom or service centre they just play games...

Engine Problem

To all Skoda Fabia Buyers!

I am one of the victims of the fraudulent activities of SKODA India. I bought a skoda fabia in October'09. The car has just done under 3000 KMs. I left the car in the workshop 4 days ago complaining of vibration problem. Complaint against warranty

Spare part theft and filthy services

The Service provider to Skoda Laura in Surat is subject to changing original spare part when the car is given for servicing. Genuine parts changed at the company are not serviced and prompt change od such part is insisted. They are unaware of hoe to repair the AC of the Company. Overall the filthiest service engineers I have ever met....

Poor Condition Of New Car

I had sended my car for my first service and on the service time i had compaints that the wiper is not working properly the speakers and the interior light they had assured me that the problem will be cured at the time of service but they had failed to do so.

AC poor in hot summer day ,poor cust. care

I never expected poor customer care from skoda but it is very disappointing for me ,they are least bothered for manufacturing / design problems.
My new skoda laura has following problems
1) Air conditioner Poor cooling in summer season sunny day. Skoda needs to do some serious actions.

A/C complaint, suspension, diesel pump noise

i own a 12 months old skoda laura and suffering with some serious problems in the air con system. it takes more than half hour to get cool in sunny days and iam wondering hws this can happen in such kind of expensive cars. i was told by a former skoda engineer that there is some inherent manufacturing defect with the compressor and the dealers are also not at all responsive despite several complaints.
