My order id from Amazon is[protected] and refund amount is Rs.439 and Refund reference number is 636032 and I have ordered my product at 31st march 2021 and my refund initiated by Amazon at 10 April 2021 but still I haven't get my refund....

i have never asked to modify/change name of a/c
is it a fraudulent message

does sbi uses

I have ordered a (Beat London by Pepe Jeans Men's Printed Slim fit Casual Shirt) on (10 May 2021.).I have returned my product.
Amazon initiated the refund on (20 may 2021) and it was expected to come on (25th may 2021).
Amazon gave me the reference id (Refund Reference # 731897
) but the (SBI) bank has still not credited my money.
I have contacted sbi and amazon but they are not helping me in any regards
