This branch is far too much.It has been debuting locker rent unreasonably and by pointing out to the branch manager and service manager nothing has been done foe the reversal of excess charged.They say the system has debited it wrongly and they have no say in it.This is against public policy by a public sector bank.
On earlier occasions too penalty was debited on RD instalments paid in advance.The manager though promised to reverse...

There were fraudulent transactions carried out on 29/10/2020 for which I have received OTPs (Six OTPs for 8 transactions) at midnight sharp 2:31 am on 30/10/2020. Two credit cards having ending four digits are 5708 and 3943 respectively. I haven't shared OTP nor any details related to my cards. Bank is adamant that transactions are secured but receiving OTP and transaction history do not match. Now they are harassing me for last three month....
