I had done upi transaction[protected] from my icici bank mobile app on 8th may'17 at around 3 pm.
The upi transaction failed but my amount rs 11600 got debited from account.

About misbehaviour of manager

Account closure charge

Account closing charges

I have saving account [protected] in sbi ramnagar. Recently i have to closed my account due to non maintenance of minimum amount balance. But i have been charge rs 575. I opened my account in 2015 and generally after 1 year there will be no charges in account closure. Sbi charges it. Now the question is can banks slap a fee for account closure considering that you are asking for your own money? And i also want my money refunded......

Senior citizen fixed deposit

Refund never processed

Worst staff that don't have time to make entry in passbook.

Savings account closure charges levied

OTP not generated on several occasions

One of the worst banks in india is sbi. Simple generation of otp never works for past one week... How we do internet transaction. Stop dreaming for cashless transaction. Start a pilot project first in a very small scale and see everything works in all usecases... Then deploy. Speeches will not help!!!

We are still in stone age and please do not compare with developed countries... The middle class and upper class is completely...

Manager didn't came

Transferring money from one account to another without even contacting account holders

I took an education loan from SBI when I was in college. Now, I have been paying monthly installments to repay the amount. Even sometimes I paid more than what was required to pay. Even than they deducted from my father's SBI account and used it to repay my loan. He is really in need of that money. Who gave them right to deduct amount from someone's account without even contacting the account holder? Is this what your policy of consumer wellbeing?...
