It seems that SBI is aiming at closing down its business .In this era of consumer oriented businesses it is exploiting consumers for no reason.Although it is a public sector bank but is acting as if it is a private bank made for rich peoples. If this would be so no one will promote digitisation as going digital will be costlier than cash economy.
P.S. govt. Sectors are the real exploitors...

Please increase cash limits now we gate only 25 thousand rupees in 2 hours waiting. Not cash counter only one counter and ladies and gents have lot of time to que. We suffer a lot at district palace of devbhumi dwarka at jam-khambhaliya. I live in jam khambhaliya and sbi main branch have many difficulties to suffer a lot. I ordered a product from amazon worth rs. 6939. Later i cancelled the order. They issue my refund money on april 28th. But so far it is reflected in my sbi account. I contact the customer service of sbi and contact home branch too. But they said that the refund money is not transferred to home branch yet. Sir my rs ref 69refund money is not get so far. I submited the Check on[protected] to the Home Branch (Branch Code- 6544) of Jamtara Bazar Branch. But they denied to withdraw it.
So I am unable to understand the reason why I was denied? And if Bank will deny for doing the Bank related work then where the customer will go? Shall I through the check as the Bank...

Sir, please look your SMS services all over this region as everyone facing same problem today I made online payment but I didnt received any SMS and other local bank has better sms service they not only make sms for each transaction but also details with dr cr balance
pl change the SMS provider I, e. Your contractor he his providing very bogus sms service

I tried withdrawing Rs 20000.00 from Raipur ATM.
Cash counting noise was herd but no cash dispensed.
Amount was debited with SMS Alert.
Amount was not credited hence complaint was registered with customer complaint Complaint no.AT[protected].
After repeated enquiry it was told that complaint resolved details sent to your branch. No DEtails in branch.
Request to resolve the complaint....

Hi,

I'm using sbi credit card past 2 yrs. One day i got call from sbi (1yr back), they side you have selected upgrade from gold more to platinum, then i asked what is benefits (Sbi guy told me including balance transfer if you spend 2lack no annual fee). Now they are saying no including balance transfer and they put me on limit cross fee also. If i call to cc also they are helping

I am a housewife, having few fixed deposit in sbi. I opened those a/c in chandigarh 3 brd af stn branch having code-1495. After that i transfer all my a/c to sbi rupnarayanpur branch having code-2114. During opening i filled up all mandatory data including 15g. Again on 03apr2017 again i filled up 15g against those fd.
Still on the maturity date of one of those a/c on 03apr2017 i came to know that tds has been deducted from all fd...

I have been worst experience with SBI Online. It behaves strange and sometimes show the messages which is of no use. While doing any activities it showing message that Mobile number is not registered whereas I am getting SMS and alerts of every transactions but all of the sudden that started and unable to do anything. Most frustrating part is for each and every issue customer care ask to visit Home Branch where all the useless person sits....
