Fraudulent for upgrading atm card validity

Incorrect info about annual fee + Rude Customer service

Recovered intercity charges of cash deposit

Fraud transaction from sbi credit card

I received a call from [protected] on dated-03.12.2015 at 2.48 pm and they said that they are calling from sbi credit card department they also know my full name and they said that you have 5000 bonus point and we are converting into rupees on your credit card so kindly verify the detail. And they the done false transaction of rs 5000/- after receiving sms from bank i suddenly block my credit card and inform regrading this to sbi credit card...

I have not done these transactions.

I got a call from the SBI main branch([protected]) and your account is going to get block and to avoid such please provide us your detail which willbe updated in the system, they some how generated the otp and informed to provide the six digit number, and when we recieved the deduction message they informs it will be rollback to the account...
