Being a north indian, i ordered a north indian thali from sri uddipi tiffin centre frim swiggy. Apart from the thali i had ordered paneer kulcha and masala kulcha. Instead of the north indian thali i received a south indian thali which consisted of white rice, dal, veg kurma... Hence i request you to please look into the matter at the earliest. I would appreciate to you revert at this matter at thr earliest.

    On sunday 15 april, 1:04am, we had placed an order via swiggy from the restaurant (Monopoly) worth rs.565 (Order no.[protected]). The estimated time shown was 33 minutes.

    The problems we faced are:
    1. Late delivery despite of charging rs.25 (Food got delivered at 2:15am instead of 1:37am)
    2. Food was packed in filthy and contaminated polythene plastic bag
    3. Food got soiled and soggy which we had to threw
    4. Not giving refund despite of giving enough proof

    It was 15 minutes past but no delivery boy was assigned by swiggy. On calling monopoly (+91-[protected]) directly @ 1:21am, the restaurant informed the order is ready but no delivery boy is assigned. The restaurant requested us to pick up the food if possible as it will get soiled and soggy. As order placed via swiggy, we informed the restaurant that we will connect with swiggy and ask them to assign delivery boy and get the food delivered.
    Order was finally received at 2:15am (38 minutes delayed) and in a polythene bag. Swiggy delivery executive ([protected]) informed that he had no other bag so he got the food in this plastic bag.
    On opening the food, 2 things we found:
    1. Food is completely soiled and soggy. It had become cold and juice became hot as both things were packed in one bag.
    2. Plastic bag in which food was delivered in filthy and contaminated from inside.
    I immediately, raised this issue at 2:17am with swiggy chat support to which they just apologized and gave me a coupon worth rs.75 against my spends of rs.565. I refused to accept as food was not in consumable form and asked them to collect it back. But they denied and not even ready to refund the money.
    I request you to intervene and request you to penalize them heavily for such;
    1. False commitments of 33 minutes (Over promise, under delivery)
    2. Using filthy contaminated bag
    3. Mental harassment as no one is ready to listen to us
    Attached all the proof for your reference. Seeking your help to get my refund back.

    Horribleservice sometimes order missing sometimes 2 hours late sometimes agents don't answer horrible service cheating and playing with people and their food
    I have order my food from Swiggy and after 2 hour I received a call from their customer care that they can't deliver the food and will cancel that.And will refund the money, it has been more than 1 month and each and every time i contact them they have a simple one word answer for you "Sorry" and customer care are also not reply to the concern.

      I ordered food from swiggy but the quality was very bad. I complained about the same and they promised me a refund within 24 hrs. But it's been 7 days since then and every time they say your refund is initiated, or processed. When I told them that it is not reflecting in my account they said they are having an issue from their side and it will be resolved within 24 hours. I also shared my account statement with them but still no response. There is no response from them, every time I have to complain I have to tell the whole story and now when I say I will complain about this in consumer forum they immediately just end conservation from their side. This is how they harass their customers. Not a single mail has been sent from their side whether they are resolving my issue or even looking forward to resolve it.

        So this has been going on for many days with many of my orders being altered without my notice or missing from my order on delivery. Yesterday i had ordered 4 items on my order number #[protected], an item worth rs 100 was not available with the restaurant. When the delivery guy came in with three items i was baffled as there was no notification of any sorts by swiggy stating the item could not be produced. Moving past the nightmare, my colleague took my phone and ordered again this morning but this time i received a call stating that the order i already paid for i. E #[protected], i have to pay cash on delivery and that if i cancel the order i will be charged rs 75 as cancellation fees. Now tell me swiggy why would i pay the guy in cash if i already had made an online payment to confirm the order. That too if i want a refund because of your unprofessional behaviour, they are charging me rs75 for no reason. Swiggy has tampered with my time and emotions not once but many times which i did overlook, but after so many failed attempts at it. I would like to lodge a complaint against this company and request strict action to be taken against such scammers who are sitting behind the veils of computers and harassing customers to save themselves from chargeback losses.
        Ordered food. After waiting for more than 2 hours, food wasn't delivered. But they claim on the app that it's delivered. This is fraud.
        They don't even have an option to refund the money. They can only give you swiggy coupons so that you can use the app again to order. Why would someone use a service again after finding it extremely poor?

          I have ordered from said sagar pune on 14th april and the order was accepted. Then the delivery guy calls me and tells me that the food cannot be delivered as per order number #[protected] as the product is not available now. When contacted customer care they said that the order cannot places somewhere else.
          And refund will take 5-7 days. If it cannot be done why do you accept the order in first place. This has been happening for quite a long time. It seems it has become a trend.

            My order number is [protected]. I can't get in touch with you delivery man as his phone is coming to be switched off. The helpline number doesn't respond as well. Track order shows me location of the delivery man far away from me as well as the restaurant. No delivery, no status update or even cancellation for more than 2 hours (Till the time of this complain submission) at 1am. Bill is already paid and yet no response from anywhere.

              I have placed an order from swiggy on april 13, 2018 at 9:42 pm for some food items from sadguru veg restaurant for which i was charged rs. 235/- excluding delivery charges as i have applied a free delivery coupon. However, to my utter dismay, when the restaurant delivers the same food items itself, the charges are only rs. 204/-.

              This is brazen cheating and when i have confronted swiggy on this, they have refunded my money. But there are so many customers who are ordering daily and who are being cheated by swiggy. I want you to take strictest action and charge a huge penalty on them so that they will change their behaviour.

                I have order food from rajathadri palace on 8 th april 18 my order no is [protected]. Payment was made online of rs 1753/- but still deliver guy name mr imran khan ask for cash so we paid him. I have given him rs 2000 note in exchange he has given me cash and 100 rs in paytm. I called swiggy to rectify the issue, there response was, delivery guy has not ask for cash and he is deny the matter, even swiggy executive is also delaying the issue by giving 24hrs. I have given proof of paytm transaction but still swiggy responses is not good.. I want raised a complaint against delivery guy and fraud he has done with a customer. Swiggy has to answerable for this.
                The zomato delivery guy didn't return change of Rs. 200. His phone number is[protected]

                  Today around 12.30 pm i had order lunch from punjabi food inn after placed the order i called swiggy representative (Which i usually do) to bring some extra onion & sauce and also bring change of rs. 2000
                  I had tried 6-7 calls to representative but he didn't pick the call, after that i called customer care where i had explain that representative not picking up the calls as we want extra onion & sauce and to bring change of rs. 2000. There the customer service guy told me that he had raised the request from his side at that point of time i had clearly told i will not accept / took the order without onion & sauce (As this same incident happened to me before as well), than argument started and that point of time swiggy representative was there at my office gate with no onion & sauce and when i gave him rs. 2000 note, he told me to give the change. I asked the representative why he had not respond to my calls he replied "sorry sir my phone was on silent mode" than i asked him to bring the change of rs. 2000 which he clearly refused and the same customer care guy was me on the call he advise me "sir please give his rs. 2000 and rest amount will be refunded to your account" which make no sense, and he started arguing with me and he told me to cancel the order which i accepted. Then the representative gone away and swiggy charged me rs. 75 for cancellation fee and all this drama took placed inform of my office with 20 peoples around.
                  This whole drama not accepted from brand like swiggy. What happen at the end whole drama took placed inform of my office and colleagues and my lunch spoiled plus i had charge rs. 75
                  For cancellation.

                    I had ordered a dominos pizza at approximately 10:00 pm in the night. Not only was the order not delivered and they left us starving the entire night. The delivery man from dominos called me stating he was in another area that was extremely far from mine. Dominos agreed to cancel the order and they have provided a screenshot from their attached to this complaint.

                    As you can in the attached images, swiggy has confirmed the mixup and yet have marked the order as delivered and assured me a 7 day time to refund. Dominos has already processed their refund but its been more than 11 days now and swiggy keeps closing tickets and opening them on purpose.

                    They have even shifted to chat support entirely with absolutely no way to contact them. The chat support as you can see in the attached image immediately closes the ticket. These guys are major fraudsters and should be closed from conducting business. They deliver to about 40% while stealing from the remaining 60%, it's obviously a nexus and then they refuse to contact customers regarding the same.

                      I had placed an order at 2.11 pm st domino's pizza through swiggy. Order no.[protected]. The order was not delivered even after 1 hr when domino's has a 30 minute delivery policy. When contacted, swiggy says they cannot talk to domino's as they don't handle their delivery. I have the screenshots of the conversation with swiggy customer service.
                      The order was placed through swiggy app and it just isn't easy to comprehend how they can deny accountability for an order placed through their app. I hope these kind of companies who defraud customers are taught a lesson.

                      I agree Swiggy tends to wash their hands clean when it comes to dealing with Dominos. Had the very same problem but luckily, mine was rectified after repeated follow-ups. The Dominos team refers us back to Swiggy and a tennis ball match is played between the two companies.

                      The fault is not with Dominos however, it entirely rests with Swiggy as Dominos has their own order # and the one given by Swiggy doesn't match with theirs and hence, Dominos can't help you with it.

                      If Swiggy doesn't take responsibility in resolving issues, I would rather directly use Domino's app than Swiggy. I guess Swiggy is only there to take that commission without putting in any sort of effort to earn it.

                        I ordered veg pulao + 3 phulkas + dal fry combo and paid inr 204 but in the delivery the dal tadka was missing. Really unprofessional service by swiggy. My order id is #[protected]. When i called the delivery executive he said to contact customer support which was unresponsive. Please refund my money. They always ignore my calls and the chat system response after a long delay
                        I have ordered dominos pizza from swiggy. I din't get the delivery in time. The delivery was given after 2 hrs . I vacated the room by that time. Swiggy is simply complaining on dominos. Why swiggy is taking orders If they are not capable of handling such simple problems. Simply charging money and advertising as best service .

                          Dear swiggy

                          I placed an order with you on the day of[protected] at 19.30 hrs.
                          My order details are as order no : #[protected] from dominos pizza, i was waiting for my order till now, but i havent received my order, i paid in advance by using my sbi debit card. Now i got a mail and message saying my order got delivered.
                          To whom the hell did you delivered my order? Am i fool to pay for my food and you just simply mailed me saying you delivered my order.

                          Do you even have the authenticity that you delivered to me?

                          Is this what your ethics were?

                            I ordered a combo of 2 burger french fries and coke on swiggy bt i did not received burger... On asking delivery boy he said he was nt provided with it... But d payment is fully done... Dis is very annoying... And dat too customer care is nt answering d call... Qhat kind of behaviour is dis...                               I was given cold and spilt food by swiggy and during conversation they told me that i will recieve a call still i did not get any call and before i sent the images also and they are telling no images have been sent and they are not calling nor giving any refund pls take some action against this waste company and shut it down ita a request they are taking long time and again i complaint they are telling we can’t do anything pls help customercomplaints.in

                                I ordered 4 plate poori form swiggy on 7th April 2018.

                                Order delivered by the swiggy executive on time but when i opened the poly bag they have provided only 3 curries for 3 plate poori. so we thought we should adjust the curry for four plate . but when we try to eat it we found that the curry was at all cooked they just added masalas..its just raw aloo curry. poori also made by the bad flour, we just thrown away the entire quantity that they given. so immediately contacted the swiggy regarding the same, they say " we can take it as feedback and we make sure this kind of instance won't happen again".. so i asked about the money that i paid they say since only one curry missing we can issue 50 rupees coupon for you. i let them know that every curry they given was spoiled. but they keep denied to raise the refund nor they increased the compensation coupon amount to the amount i paid. I paid 200/- for the order and they want to provide 50 coupon how's that fair.. please help me to resolve this issue and have me my money.

                                  I ORDERD my food and selected cash on delivery option.

                                  Representative arrived but he didn't have the change, I asked him to get change since; he should be the one brining change with him; he couldn't wait nor he went out looking for it. He left on his choice, i didn't cancel it he did.
                                  Now; i am being charged for cancelling the order and my cash on delivery services has been disabled by the company.

                                  As you can see; they punished me for their fault.
                                  It's very disturbing for such company to treat their customer like thrash in the end. And we are left with no other choice to order from same company, because companies like this as the door we want to enter and they hold the key, they hold, the rules, it's like little mafia. A small mafia; to fill big economical return from doing stuff like this.

                                  10-20 -75 rupee and you do the math; return over such large base is huge. It may be false but what happened with me was injustice

                                  I want your help to give me the justice i want.

                                  Last photo is pretty strong evidence that they just removed me from the restaurant I was going to order. that's how they treat when i ask for justification and help.

                                    I had placed an order [protected] on 24 march at 11.02am. The order was cancelled by swiggy after an hour and a replacement order was placed from their end with order id [protected]. After waiting for 1 and half hours, i called them ar 12.32pm and ask them to cancel my order and process my refund. (I had already paid for my order.) the standard delivery time was 53 minutes. I waited for 90 mins.
                                    Upon trying to cancel i was asked to receive the order. As an apology, swiggy offered to process a refund as well.
                                    Its been 11 days of complaining, i still havent got that refund.

                                      I ordered food for my friend and wrong food was delivered. On top of that the concerned person isnt even picking up phone. This is pathetic. Disappointed with this service. Please take appropriate steps. Even the customer care number is unavailable. I want my money back. Revert for details like order number and details of delivery guy as soon as possible otherwise I'll take this matter to social media or to higher authorities.

                                        I ordered a cake on 2nd april 2018 via swiggy app from mister gulati bakers, rajauri, delhi (Order # [protected]). However when i asked the delivery boy for bill but he said a request need to be raised to customer care team and they will provide me the restaurant bill as they do not carry the bill with them, which is totally unacceptable for a cutomer. It is 4th day now and i have been chasing for order invoice still. I think the customer has no clue how to resolve this simple issue. Need support to get the origin bill by today
