I had placed an order with swiggy today in the afternoon for my Lunch . The order went through and i was waiting to receive it. After about an hour and a half later i was told that you guys can not fulfill the order. This isn't the kind of service that i expected and i'm deeply disappointed with the staff. Firstly before confirming an order you should make sure that you can deliver it Secondly taking one and a half hour before you tell the customer that you cant give them food is highly ridiculous. This was a very unprofessional behavior on your part.
APP usage is worst. it doesnt allow to type the address only to pick. and app response time is very slow. if we r in a hurry it will be very much frustrating. and the delivery, order confirmation itself takes 20 min and then pick up and delivery will take another hour. try to reduce the waiting time

    Incident Happened on 05/04/2017. Usually they Wont deliver in Time, always 20 - 30 mins delay (This is acceptable in metro city).After successful 1 year with Swiggy, yesterday was the farewell and decided to not to go with Swiggy again. Strongly not recommended to Friends, Family Members and Colleagues. Here my Story,
    Ordered Food at 8 PM and 8.20 Got confirmation from Restaurant that they confirmed the order. After successful another 10 mins time, got call from swiggy and straight way saying that "we can't provide curd rice and we do provide paneer rice (which i hate like anything) with out any excuse and no concern about customer whether he likes or what he priority. No information when i questioned Why and How restaurant accepted order if they can't provide. After successful 30 mins argument and escalation, They ready to provide from another restaurant which is less cost and they not ready to provide or show bill (difference 90 rs). Problem solved with Order Items, now problems comes with deliver guy - after 20 mins wait time, he delivered partial ordered and while i checking items - he trying to escape from my place. And rushed back to restaurant to get left items. I called to customer care and tried to explain my situation - the guy who pick my call disconnected my call while i was explaining all the situation. Finally, I got all Items delivered at 10.30 at that family went in half sleep with hungry. I forgot tell you - how roti they provide, you guys should see that - yaack. I never see like that roti in my life, full in black.

    1.They do not have proper technology to get or update restaurant available stock
    2.No Follow up with customer when he/she got problem
    3.No Proper bill - who cares swiggy receipt - we want restaurant bill when you provide with different restaurant
    4.Poor Delivery service
    5.Finally Man - you should display some cutesy to customer when he trying to explain something. is this way you deal your customer who ordering food from you since 1 year.

    I don't need any Refund and you should take further action on Swiggy. No other customer should not face same issue in future

      I have ordered food at 10.06 pm on 1st april 2017 and when called delivery executive at 11:30 pm, he told your is cancelled.
      Nothing was updated from swiggy and even when i called customer care they told me to deliver food and they call me back.
      As exepected nobody called back and when again i called them 12:15 am they told me that your order has been cancelled.
      This should come under punishable offence.

      Worst app I have seen in my life, in spite of many complaints this app has be fooled many of the customers.

      Guys, restaurants are serving insects in the food that is leading to food poison into the stomach.

        Money debited from my account today but received a message saying there is a problem with payment. how can that be possible when i have recd a msg from HDFC saying amount is debited.
        worst part is there is no way to contact them except by mail which is not replied to. The contact number given disconnects automatically saying there is no order. really pathetic service.
        I received chicken instead for fish. So i ws given the wrong order n charged for it. I want a compensation as soon as possible.

          One of the worst online food ordering app in the recent times.
          To start on my complaint, i just want to highlight that, i made a this order specially for my kid who was hungry.

          I ordered a home delivery using their website and below are the order details:

          Grand total = rs311

          Initial committed time to deliver the order was 40 mins and didn't received the order even after 1hr. So called their customer service to check the order and they informed me that the delivery person was not ready to deliver the order, saying it's bit far. I questioned, if delivered address was far, then why did they accept the order (Past days, i ordered form same restaurant via swiggy and they delivered). After some discussion, they agreed to deliver the order by a different delivery person and given a hard commitment of 20 mins (From the time i made the call) to deliver the food (Also the customer care person mentioned that if they don't deliver within next 20 mins, they would provide compensation). I waited for another 30mins still then food wasn't delivered and pathetically there wasn't even a call form them on the reason for delay. I called the customer care again and again came up with same stupid reason (So till this time, the order wasn't even reached the restaurant) and i really got annoyed had a heated conversation with them.
          Finally they said, they can't get the food from this restaurant and insisted me to take a different food from different restaurants (They can't dictate what we eat). Finally they asked (Forced) to cancel the delivery and mentioned that the refund would take 3 to 7 days.

          The worst and horrible part in all these 2 hours of waiting, they didn't even had a courtesy to call me once, every time i needed to call their customer care, who are the worst customer friendly.

          So in the end i paid my money for food which didn't got delivered, our family (Including my 3 yer old kid) have to strive in hungry, take a huge amount of mental stress and had to wait for 7 days to get back my money.

            Hi,

            I am a frequent customer of Swiggy.
            Today I got one chicken pizza instead of veg (which I ordered). Such a pathetic job of Swiggy. By mistake I ate two slices thinking that it is mushroom toppings. I am pure vegetarian and I ate chicken. Now what do I do???

            This is a blunder which a restaurant can do with their customer. I want this issue to be resolved soon (however it will be). Otherwise I 'll raise this issue badly.

              On Feb 21st I have tried multiple times to place order on swiggy app. All attempts failed.
              On 2 attempts money got debited from my account even though the order has failed.
              And when chatted with support agent, I have been informed that the money would be credited back in 5-7 days.
              Now after 8 working days, another support agent is saying that money is deducted only once and that too he said it is refunded, which is not actually refunded.
              After 8 days of failed orders, they acknowledge only half amount is deducted and still not refunded it

              My money got deducted twice and order was successful only once. Amount is 553.
              I have asked for refund multiple times, have given them proof of money deduction but they are not giving satisfying response and not refunding money.

                Swiggy online food ordering mobile app - worst experience

                One of the worst online food ordering app in the recent times.
                Twice my order got delayed, my 2nd delayed order was promised in 40 minutes on 23rd feb 2017 (Ordered at 1:40pm) and when i called them to check my order status after 50 minutes from their promised time, they casually answered, it will take another 20-25 minutes, which was again not delivered. I called them again to hear a sorry message and they said it will take another 30 minutes (That's at 3:30pm approx)
                And most of the times in the morning, when i wanted to order, it gives a message stating, all the delivery executives are busy in my area.
                I feel they don't have enough manpower to deliver. Then why they have to promise on their app on the delivery timeline. Atleast they should have a courtesy to call and inform on the delay.
                I was really disappointed & finally cancelled my food order.

                  Such a horrible 2 nd time experience with swiggy, I had ordered pizza from pizza hut for which they confirmed the order, also got a call from the restaurant saying it's ready and after 1 and half hour of waiting I got a call from swiggy guy that they cannot deliver the order since they cannot come from bkc to andheri. Why shud one confirm the order at first place. And after all this instead of giving a solution, they forcefully asked me to cancel the order and till now didn't receive my refund in my "source account " as they say. Last order placed was delivered to me after 2 and half hours of placing the order which in their app says 35 mins delivery time.Pathetic, undisciplined, irresponsible service, no value for time!!!

                    I have order for chicken biryani but that order has been cancelled by swiggy due to various reasons like, restaurants is closed, no delivery boys are available etc, . No proper intimation or apology is given. Each and every we have to contact the support team and know the status.

                      This has happened the 4th time in the last 2 weeks where either the order is delayed by over an hour or the items ordered are completely unavailable. while 1 off items are permissible to being unavailable, it can't happen all the time. My current order #[protected] was placed around 4pm and after waiting for 20 mins, the app has still not assigned a delivery executive, post which i get a message saying my order is delayed by 20 mins. 10 mins later i get another message saying it is delayed by yet another 20 mins. When i call customer care they tell me that the delivery executive is assigned and i will get my order in 20-25 mins (this is at 4.45pm) Upon further questioning I come to know that the executive is 1.2kms away from the restaurant and yet to pick up my order after which he will take another 25 mins to get the delivery. Swiggy: please shut shop rather than giving people false hopes of delivery and ruining food for us.
                      Delivery boys are not following traffic rules fot the most of the time.
                      They never wear helmets as well. Who is responsible if something happens to people when they are driving in wrong directions.

                      I am hoping that they follow rules after this.

                          A Bad Start and Pathetic New Year Experience with #Swiggy, #Pizza Hut and #Freecharge On January 1, 2017, at around 8:40pm, I have ordered a Meal for 4(Veg) for Rs.697/- inclusive of taxes+ delivery charges. Plan was to enjoy with friends and celebrate the new year eve. with good food while my friends really like pizza’s, so there was no 2nd thought on ordering food from #Swiggy. However the evening 1st spoiler came at 9:10pm when the #Swiggy delivery boy came with a wrong order and taken it back ensuring the right order delivery in next 30min. or so! By this time the new year evening was already been spoilt by #Swiggy, as my friends started leaving due to feeling of Monday Blues! It’s not it yet! Here came the 2nd back to back wrong order at around 10:00pm, after a long wait of more than 45min. with 3 main items being missing. Also none of the pizzas were in good shape and completely cold. Surprisingly even after a long discussion of about 30min over the phone, with the #Swiggy customer care agents(Yogesh and Arvind) Despite giving a commitment of refunding the complete amount and taking care of the ordered food, no resolution been provided. And during this entire mishap, my evening was spoilt, and I could not order anything fresh as it was already too late in the night. Over and above, such a unprofessional behavior from #Swiggy and team on a special day, was really sad and unethical. Worst is what? That, I did not get any refund and a call back, even after the assurance made by the #Swiggy customer care agents. I am a very consistent customer #Swiggy customer, but this incident and its resolution was pathetic and so unprofessional from #Swiggy. I need a resolution at the earliest today, or I am going to use my consumer rights to write about this incident to FSSAI, Consumer Forums, All Possible Social Media Channels of(#Swiggy, #Pizza Hut and #Freecharge.) And I am ready to take this up, to whatever level it needed be till it addressed.

                            Sir with great regret and utter disgust i would like to pose a complaint against Swiggy in Bangalore. At 10:29 pm i placed an order with Swiggy for my dinner (order number [protected]). Each time i called to verify my order the customer care executive told that we have assigned the delivery executive. On me telling them that it does not reflect on my app they confidently snubbed telling me that the executive has been assigned. At 11:33 pm i got a message stating that my order is canceled. at this moment there was no shop open and i have to pass the whole night hungry because of Swiggy bluffing all the way through. Sir i beleive that such attitude and such irrational behaviour needs to be handled in the strictest manner. hence i pray justice for this case

                              As I ordered in SWIGGY from panchavati gaurav at 9:30 PM, till 10:30 PM no clue of my order which forced me to call customer care of SWIGGY, person from centre called executive and confirmed me that I will be delivered in 15Min.
                              At 10:55 PM again call from customer care and tell me that order has to cancel because they cannot delivery as Panchavati Gaurav is closed.
                              And forcing me to cancel the order. At this point of time no restaurant will not take home delivery orders. My kids were waiting and so hungry. And my money which have taken already will be refunded in 5-7 days, Y ? I demand a compensation on this.

                                I ordered a Chinese Fried Chicken and i got just a raw and bland chicken with no sauce or not even cooked like a starter ... So i called up the restaurant and they said that Swiggy is supposed to have options such as which sauce needs to put in the dish while ordering and since there is no such option the restaurant just gives out bland and raw chicken meat ...

                                Such a joke... So i called the Swiggy customer care and they told me that they will place a new order from their end and the hotel will be informed about how it is to be cooked ... So i got the new order after 2.5 hours since my original order ... As i already had food by then elsewhere i just kept the parcel thinking of eating it later ... But guess what, there was SOME chopsuey in it WHICH WAS NOT MY ORDER

                                I am a regular customer who keeps using swiggy almost daily and I still face 101 issues with them... I NEED A COMPLETE REFUND for your stupidity and inefficiency and mental agony

                                I am from chennai, I got stones in the sub I had and we made more than 13 to 14 orders for corporate and it was really heartbreaking to bite stones in between food. Wasting so much of money of qualityless food. I regret for chosing this platform to order, rating for quality is very poor. I suggest not to use this anymore.
                                On 15/01/2019 placed an order .Order no is # [protected] . Order was assigned to a man called Ganesan After getting directions to my residence
                                I have clearly mentioned that address is in 3 rd floor and he went to ground floor directly in to the house without knock the door or calling bell.while asking the same thing to delivery boy he spoke rudely and used abused words .Action needs to be taken against third rate people like this.

                                  Swiggy cancelled and failed to deliver my order last minute after confirming that the package is on its way because of a supposed delivery boys strike in indiranagar on Nov 4th evening at 8 pm. The amount from cancel order was put back into my swiggy account with any intimation to me and when I asked for it to be refunded back to my Paytm account the source from where I paid, the person on swiggy ends conveniently says it will take 5-7 days. This seems day light robbery by swiggy as they are keeping customer cash and not paying them any interest and on top of it offering terrible service.

                                    #SwiggySucks on 16 oct, 1pm Ordered([protected]) Chicken Biryani and Dessert but got Mutton Biryani instead. I called and asked for refund saying entire order to be returned. They said they will pick up entire order and refund full. They made me keep waiting but nobody came to pick up. at 8pm I was told they will not pick up order so i threw out entire order. I followed up for refund for next 7 days everyday but they gave me partial refund saying desert was correct delivery. Swiggy, you can loot customer like this because we don't have time to complaint and sue you for small amounts. But I am not ordering again from Swiggy app.

                                      I placed my order for dinner at exactly 10.39 PM. After an hour after checking with customer care, they said swiggy doesn't have executive to deliver food at this point.
                                      If so why order was accepted, and if executives not available why wasn't it not been informed in prior.

                                      As a Diabetic patient I couldn't take my medicine and starving out the entire night.

                                      Want swiggy to take care, if anything bad happens to my health because of this
                                      .Bad thing is still I couldnt get food and writing this at around 01. 01 AM midnight.

                                        I order food from swiggy today evening. Order copy attached. They send the food and there was meat found in my meal. I am vegetarian and never had meat. I hope you understand about religion sentiments attached with this.

                                        They took all casually and trying to refund me the money for that meal without any formal apologies.

                                        They don't understand about quality aspect. Earlier they delivered totally a wrong order.
