Water pump not work, iihave lodge complaint to vijay sales on 29 april 2017, technician 3 time come & go but did not solve the problem, i have contract the symphony technicians but they have not given proper response,
So please solved the problem immediately.

We purchased your product diet 50i yesterday from the showroom bajaj electronics, dilshuknagar branch hyderabad, after we took the product home and we turned on the device. Only fan is working. Cooling is not working at all. When we called the showroom. They said they will not replace the product and send a technician to repair it and make it as a second hand. I paid the full amount of money and took the product....

Bought symphony storm 70i on 21/04 its not cooling at all

Siveri water dripping out of the cooler

Sparks in cooler

Symphony touch 80

I buy touch 80 cooler on 1 april from kota. And it's air is only like a fan not having any cooling.. Fan is more better than this cooler. I complain it mechanic came check pad and said that after some day it will give cool air but still this cooler giving only dry air. Not have a single bit of moisture in air.. This cooler is simply equivalent to a table fan than why symphony charged 13500 for this.in this range we can buy best cooling air.....

Disproportionate charges levied.

I requested service of winter cooler as a preventive measure although it had no problem.

I was told the charges are 400 for which i agreed.
Next day i got a call from symphony i also want to change the pads. I said, if necessary you can change the same as well.

Air Cooler Diet 22T

I raised a complaint in the last week of March 2017 and a technician came on 1st of April 2017. He Changed the pump motor of the cooler saying it is not functioning and charged me 1250 for it (850 for pump motor + 400 Visiting charges).
