Levy Foreclosure charges for closing of Housing Loan : 9587714

Dear Sir/Madam,

I had taken a HOUSING LOAN A/c no: 9587714Vide Loan a from TATA CAPITAL HOUSING FINANCE LIMITED on 17/02/2016 with a tenure of 180 months.

I had approached Tata capital customer care office, kodambakkam, regarding my intention to close the loan. Mr. Srinivasan.L had given me the outstanding letter with foreclosure charges. I visited him multiple times and requested you to waive the foreclosure....

Personal Loan 8985038

Dear concern,

I took personal loan from Tata Cap and I paid Regular EMI even I also paid EMI in COVID-19. Unfortunately in this period I loose my Job and I can't pay EMI for 1 month. In next month the I received call from Tata Cap person and they are said if you are not paid 1 month EMI we will filling FIR case against you.
This incident happened in During Diwali I put a legal mail and Recording also in Tata Cap Complaint...

EMI miss

I have missed one month's payment and clearly stated it to the executive that the same will be paid next month but i have been receiving continuous threats from her and misuse of language.

If i had missed the payment for more than 3 months then i understand- for 1 month delay no executive can call and yell at a customer and give threats and use words like you are just a customer going and hiding? Like why will any executive...

Payment made but product not delivered

Online payment was made on 5th Feb 2021 for the swipe slate 2 tablet. Order was confirmed but did not processed. I called to their customer care on 8th Feb 2021 and registered my complaint. They assured me the problem will resolved in 3 working days. Every time when I called them, they said minimum 3 days required but didn't resolved my issue. Parcel item packed but not shipped since 16th Jan 2021

The item with order number[protected] was ordered on 14th Jan 2021 and the item is ready to be shipped since 16th Jan 2021 but the item is yet not shipped till date. Raised a complaint through the Tata Cliq app but always receive an email that we tried contacting you but have not received a single call regarding my complaint.

Further i would request you to please help in shipping the item or cancel the order with full refund....

Very worst service providing from custoemr care and collection dept.

Seriously saying this is the worst bank i have ever seen in my life. WORST WORST SERVICE.

No product after 6 days wait.

Extremely bad experience !!
Ordered a headphone here. The product status changed to delivered before the date of delivery, without me receiving it. Apparently my product has been shipped to a different location from my address.
6 days and all the customer support has to say is they are looking into it, even after numerous calls. My reviews on this app are getting rejected and now am even unable to raise a complaint !

Refund pending for home loan account : 10562333.Following up since 6 months

April emi deducted for home loan account number 10562333 in the month of July. escalated several times but no response from customer support team. i applied for moratorium from April to August. created so many tickets for this issue but no response. its now 6 months i m doing follow up for refund. no one replying from tatacapital customer support....
