Not Got any Refund

I have ordered a product from tata cliq and then i cancelled the order due to delayed delivery and then on 5 November my refund was intiated and then on 10 November on Tata cliq app there it is showing that 0.0 rs refunded successfully but i didn't get anything in my account....

Emi not revised post part payment

I have loan with tata capital.
I have made part payment of 40lakhs in february. Emi paid 88, 000
they did not reduce the emi amount in month of march. Emi paid 88, 000.
Thy reduced the emi in month of april.
I have been asking for the explanation for delay.But no response since 4 months....

Refusal to foreclose my loan account

I have a home loan account with Tata Capital Housing finance Ltd, today I went to their office at Lajpat Nagar New Delhi branch for foreclosure of my loan account alongwith the cheque of balance loan amount. The receptionist refused to accept my cheque and refused to foreclose my loan account. When I talked to the senior officer, he also refuse to accept my cheque and foreclose the loan account. On 20th September 2021, Monday, I tried to purchase a Rs. 5000 Gift card for someone from Tata Cliqu. Not returning paperwork, worst customer service

Tata capital finance housing is a worst company with no credibility. It's been two months i have paid of the loan amount, however tata capital still deducts money from my bank account every month. Harassments Calls and Provocating calls from Tata Capital For non payment of EMI

I Rajen Thakker on behalf of My Wife Rasika Thakker and raising the complaint, we had taken a Personal Loan in my wife's name from Tata capital Loan Account Number TCFPL[protected].
We are unable to make the payments of EMI as our business has closed and out income has stopped due to COVID-19, pre -covid we were completely regular in payments of loans and credit cards be it tata capital or any other bank or NBFC but post- covid...

Loan restructuring not done yet

I have applied for loan restructuring with Tata capital on 21st june 2021 with reference number 16816183. till now i didnt get any response from them yet, i have written endless communications to customer service but no response again from them till now, tilll date they are trying to debit EMI from my account every month resulting into negative balance.

False commitment

Tatal Capital Executive/Agency person is giving false commitment of Interest Percentage, Insurance value against Loan Amount. Hypothecation amount committed one amount(1500/-) but deducting (3500/-) extra.
don't take this Chennai - Agencies/Executives - (Head Name) Janakar - [protected]. Don't take it risk all are false commitment....

False promises to process return, no replies, lip service by tata cliq

Hi,
This is regarding the very first order placed on TataCliq and pathetic experience thus far.
We received the wrong color. Called customer care, Swati lekha gupta said the order is not marked as delivered in the system and gave a ticket number 03012308 verbally and said the same will be sent in email and phone. But nothing came in sms or email.
Later we managed to create a return request on the app with images.Later...
