There is no traffic early morning but the 499 from vrindavan society to ghatkopar is always late. Today it was 30 mins late and then the driver and conductor went for tea which led to further delay. Please improve the service. There should be some accountability. Officegoers have to reach office on time. I see increase in ticket rates but there is no corresponding improvement in the service.

    I lost my sheet container on 4 nov 17.. At 6 am in the mrng.. Had taken 6:08 bus from eden wood bus stop to thane station.. (Bus no 12) the container is orange and black in colour. With a broken string attached to it
    . Could u pls help me find me.. Or tell me from which depot i have to collect.
    Its very important for me to get that container back as soon as possible. Pls help me

    Hi..the driver and conductor of AC 125 BUS(Andheri to kasarvadavali) always says last stop is teen hath Naka, n bus will go to thane station. Then why the bus no says Andheri to kasarvadavali??? It's really very disappointing in Mumbai people can change the route on their own. And daily they the current route is cancelled...

      I travel everyday from the bus number 85 from narpoli to nitin company.and the fare is 17rs..but a conductor took a ticket for 21 rs..I know it's for further stops as I also have travelled till checknaka and my line station..the bus number MH04G8058 - 85 (Narpoli to Mulund station)

        This is a resident from yeoor, thane city. We are facing a lot of problems because of tmt dept.. We have to wait for a long time at bus stop whether at thane station or at yeoor since there are no buses on time. As per the time table the frequency of buses is 25 min but from last few days we are waiting for almost 40-45 min for a single bus.
        As per the previous service from kalwa depot we thought we will get a better service from wagle depot, but just for staring few months we got everything in proper order but later all became as it was working earlier (Eg.- buses not on time, getting breakdown in the middle road). As you know we don’t have any option if we want to travel from thane station to yeoor or from yeoor to thane station. And if we complaint for the same to the controller or if we ask why is it getting delay they are not properly answering to the public. Are we paying for this service??
        And there is a humble request please arrange a separate bus stand at thane station for yeoor since we are very few people and while getting in the bus there is a lot of rush we are not able to get in the bus and because of this other people also get suffered.
        Hope you try to understand our problem and will resolve it soon.

        I've already complained about these almost a year ago. But you committee is not concerned about the passengers. This shows your irresponsible behaviour towards Public.
        Everyday it's happening we people standing in queue but there's some people who are not following rules and your conductor and drivers not talking properly with traveller everyday it's happening and even you people notice these thing everyday we know but you people have to take action on it

          This is complet regarding tmt bus timing (Bus no 115). Chk the below problem facing common people.
          * bus are not on time.
          * bus coundtion is very bad. Last month two buses are breakdown in mulund. Seat are not proper, in rain season water leakage problem in bus.
          * there is no realtion between time table & tmt bus. Bus no - 115 is not on time on daily basis. Waiting for bus atleat 20 to 25 min. Some time comes before time..
          *bus number not display/ pati, it is major problem. Some time bus no. Writen in chock.
          Bus is coming on stop no pati aviavable in bus. Tmt employee shouting a bus no. That time every one knows the bus no.
          * this is a very bad experiance. One day bus no pati showing 115. During the journey bus pati no. Change to 102.
          *no one take any responsibillty for same. Common people suffer from every day.

          Kindly take a action for above matters.
          Resolve the problem. Otherwise i will complet the same above matter mr. Diwakar raote (Transport minister)

          If such attitude towards the service and tmt as whole, tmt may face same problem as best is facing now. Which is running in losses and employee didn't get salary on time.
          Services and project are meant for the common people, and because of this tmt / such establishment are enjoying facility and are on job.

            Bus no. Mh-04 hy 1697. 6 am bus came late by 10 mins. When enquired to conductor about late arrival of bus he told bus is on time even though it was late. When enquired. He told bus come from anand nagar bus depo. Same bus i saw in morning at 5 am at waghbill while going to thane railway station to drop my parents by auto since no bus early morning at 4:30 to 5 from kasarvadavali

              This is a very humble request to you to instruct the drivers and conductors of bhayander (West) bound buses coming from thane stn to kindly stop at bus stations where there are official stop these bus conductors and drivers are not at all stopping at big stops like sk stone and shivar garden also and troubling senior citizens and school students by not stopping the bus they just drive away in full speed kindly undertand since there are not too many buses available for bhayanader west and on top of this these drivers trouble passengers like this than it becomes too much diificult i hope you understand this problem and take some strict action against this type of bus staff... Khup lokana ikde he lok traas detaat vatel tase vagtat zara ya staff la strict orders dya ya babtit

                This is to bring to your notice that one of the tmt bus driver was driving with a very high speed on eastern express highway and came with the same speed without any indicator and took a left turn. The time was 10:10 am and the bus number was mh04ep, he was overspeeding so i could not see his complete number.
                I was taking a right turn to take the etc line and had given a clear right indicator and was slowly taking right. The tmt driver came with the very high speed and took left turn and without alerting me by giving a horn he overspeed and took left turn.
                The tmt driver then took a right turn from under the bridge not from the signal but from opening under the bridge and went back toward mulund.
                I tried to raise his complaint by calling[protected] but the person said we cannot take complaint.

                  Bus no.6 from thane to wagle aagar bus are to late and on complain the tmt employees they do not response and bus timing are every 11 minutes but buses are come from 30 to 40 minutes and buses are come are very bad condition some buses are leaking at monsoon time and every day 1 or 2 buses from thane to wagle aagar are daily damaged all buses are bad conditions and buses going to wagle aagar is very small and rush is too at bus are 40 to 45 minutes. How to public travel at this condition? And children are going to school and colleges. Please buses are increase.

                    My father, a senior citizen, was opposite r mall 2, lawkim, this morning, waiting for the ac 65 bus to borivali. A bus arrived at 7.36 am, but despite my dad signalling desperately for the bus to stop, the driver paid no heed and drove away.

                    I called the tmt helpline right away but there was no answer. How can the bus drivers be so irresponsible? How can they not care about an old man standing on the road, asking for help? I demand stern action against the bus driver and against tmt! Disgusting attitude and service tmt!

                      I was travelling from kasarvadavali to borivali by tmt bus no 65 around 9:30 am on 13 september 2017. The registration number of bus is mh 04 ep 457. For paying my fare for journey i handed over a 100 rupees note to incharge conductor and he rudely refused to pay change for rs. 35. I later found out that he was misbehaving to other pessanger in same way on this journey so kindly look into matter personally and take needed action.

                        Sir, on 1st sept 17, i was waiting at jamli naka bus stand from 12.50 pm to come to majiwadagaon by route no 112 or 27. To my surprise the 112 (Mh.04 g 8113) arrived only at 1.55 pm!! That means i had to waste my precious 1 hour just to come at majiwada!! If i would had walk, i would had reach within 40 mts! There was no bus of 27 route! Is it a way to trouble the people?

                          There are 2 buses in lodha to station bus no. 112, 1 at 9:45 am and another at 10:00 am. But on 24th aug 2017, both the buses did not arrive on time. Then at 10:15 am, 3 buses came back to back at intervals of 5 mins. I. E. 10:15 am, 10:20 am and 10:25 am. But not a single bus is ready to leave even after telling them that 2 buses have not come. The reply is that this is their rest time. There is a scheduled bus at 10:40 am. Even that bus did not leave on time. All the 3 buses are wasting time waiting at starting stop but not ready to leave. This is utter violation of consumer rights and injustice to commuters. If this is the service tmt and other buses are providing, then i guess they should stop complaining that people are giving preference to other modes of transportation. Highly disappointed by this behavior of tmt staff. Atleast the main control should strictly instruct the buses to be considerate in such cases.

                          Respected Sir/Madam, the potholes on the bus flyover bridge is creating worry amongst the people . whenever the bus tryres hits these potholes the entire bridge seems to be shaken. We feel as if the bridge is going to collapse. Please look after these potholes before it creates any mishappening.

                              This is with reference to an incident which happened just few hours back today (18th august) relating to the misbehaviour of your conductor.

                              The bus route was from borivali (E) station, around 9.10 am bus (65 ac bus). I was having 500 rs. Note which was just withdrawn from the atm. The conductor refused to accept the note stating there was shabby colour spot on the note. However if you see the note, the shade is hardly visible. I can provide the copy of note for your reference if required.

                              Finally, after the conductor was done issuing tickets to everyone, i again requested him to accept the note and issue me the ticket as there is no such directives from rbi for not accepting such notes and infact the note which i got was from the bank atm itself, which i tried explaining the conductor. This is very unfortunate that your staff there on the ground are not well-versed with the regulations and are quoting false rules in the name of rbi. I tried my level best to explain him but all my efforts failed. Finally i had to get down of the bus.

                              This really shows the sad state of affairs of this country. Inspite of rbi issuing guidelines that all notes issued by it would be considered as legal, still your people are unnecessarily harassing common man. I did not had the time to argue with your whole clan as i was already late for some meeting, otherwise i would have fought till the end, as this can happen with any common man.

                              I was really annoyed with the way your people spoke, there were other few people supporting him, i believe that person was tc/ driver.

                              If you still believe that any such rbi rule is prevailing, then i would like to know from where have to got this and would want you to provide a copy of that rule. As a responsible citizen, i do not want this incidence repeats and gets any other person into trouble. Your people just cannot act as per their own whims and fancies. I do travel frequently in this bus, but this experience has really got bitter memories for me, which i will not allow to repeat with others.

                              Awaiting for your response on the action taken against the above.

                                Hi. I am traveling today via your a/c bus no. 65 having registration no. Mh 04, ep359 from borivali station to thane.

                                I requested the conductor to switch on the power supply for the charger point available below the seat.

                                He said it is already on but there was no supply at the power socket. I checked at another seat but even that point was also not working.

                                This has happened with me many times in the past.

                                    Today while standing on cadbury junction to go to mankoli morning at 9.40 am 2 bus of 88 no both came at same i just missed the first bus and saw 2n bus on cadbury signal and waved my hand to stop but he didnt stopped i was highly disapponted... 2 bus comming on same time and commuters didnt get its benefit as the bus was also empty so whats the use of this transport plz do proper systematic arrengements rather than just operating the services for a loss of public money

                                      I ashish m. Lonare, was travelling in bus no:4 from lokmanya nagar - thane station on dt.13-jun-2017, however while coming out at last bus stop i. E thane station i forget to take my baggage.
                                      On enquiry with conductor, it is found that the conductor mr. Parikh ([protected]) told that he has deposited the baggage at thane bus control room and kept it hanging there and show it to the on duty staff mr. Pathan.

                                      Bus no. 77 time slot 9.15am this bus is never on time. It is some time cancelled or is highly delayed... Further sometime when this bus arrives the driver and conductor decides to leave this bus before time some times it 9.05 or 9.10... It is never left on time... This has been a regular practice. When we spoke to the conductor they don't have anwers.in last 1 week at least 4 days i and other passengers have waited for almost 50mins to 1hr for 77 bus resulting in delay in reaching our destination. Tmt assures to have this bus every 25 mins however they have not stick to their commitment... We do not have any point of contact to do an enquiry also... It is such an inconvenience for us to travel from tmt 77 bus route due to their in consistency in managing the service.

                                      Conductors are never fix with the rates.From Palava to Reliable plaza sometime they take Rs.23 or sometimes Rs.25.
                                      Yesterday i traveled from Mahape Naka to Reliable Plaza they took fare as Rs. 13.
                                      But today they took Rs. 21. Bus timing were same as Yesterday The bus reached Mahape Naka at 9:20am around.
                                      I dont remember the whole bus number but 1255 was the end.

Tmt assures to have this bus every 25 mins however they have not stick to their commitment... We do not have any point of contact to do an enquiry also... It is such an inconvenience for us to travel from tmt 77 bus route due to their in consistency in managing the service.

                                      I used to board this bus from Lodha Heaven around 11:55 am. This bus is never on time. Many a times either gets cancelled or is highly delayed. I also thought of changing the bus to a prior one but kept waiting. The timings of this bus are not available anywhere hence its highly uncertain as to when this bus will arrive. Sometimes I have also wasted almost 2.5 hrs waiting for this bus. What's the use of running this bus if it wastes commuters time and people are unable to reach their destination on time.
                                      77 is an great bus to travel to rabale but most of the time the driver don't stop at desai naka stop this has happened to me 4 times in last 10 days it creates lot of inconvince please look into it sir.
