Less frequency for bus no 6 wagle depot

Please start AC buses to Backbay

Since last 3 days I have seen that AC buses towards Dadar are running only with few people. Instead of runnig these buses towards Dadar please extend these routes to Backbay Depot so that all people those who travel by the rickety chinese buses of BEST atleast people can travel comfortably by Volvo buses towards Backbay Depot. Very Poor Frequency on Pawar Nagar Route

Dear Sir / Madam, for past several months, the Frequency of buses on Thane Station to Pawar Nagar has reduced considerably. There is always a que of atleast half a kilometre at any point of time during peak hours. The average waiting time to get in to buses is anywhere about 30 - 45 minutes, considering that commuters have to let pass atleast three buses before they could get in to the bus. Buses don't come at a given time

Dear sir/madam, This is to bring to your notice, that from the past 20-25 days...Bus route no.26/27 Majiwada Bus for 6.50 am does not arrive...this is causing problems for daily commuters like me and also to pass holders who have taken their passes till Majiwada (gaon)...also bus for 7.20 am doesn't arrive quiet often... Please look into the matter...Thanks...

I always travel on this route from Voltas to Hiranandani Midows(Edenwood). The fare for this distance is 5 Rs but this bus condutor took 8 Rs from me. When I argued with him, he simply refused to provide any explanation. He even refused to tell his name. This is totally cheating and this bus is looting people charging extra fare. I boarded the bus at around 8:50 pm....

Less Bus Frequency

Thane Muncipal Transport : Buses plying during peak hours is between a gap of 25-30 minutes, thereby crowd increases which 3 buses can accomodate and then one bus comes and rest of the people has to stand for another 25 minutes for the second bus. It takes more than one hour to travel to place like Kolshet.& Manorama Nagar . If the TMT is not capable to provide service to people then BEST should be given entry for nearby places also.br...

Its my humble request to please do something as in early morning time that is on 5.00 am there is no bus facility is there from Thane Station to Kolshet.many times bus come around 5.55 am to 6.10 am.

In between this timing there is so many buses are there from
Thane station to Balkum Dadlani park I am not opposing this
But my question is that why not KOLSHET???

TERRIBLE FREQUENCY OF BUS ON ROUTE NO.62

The bus service on this route is worse.More buses are said to be added on TMT Thane but still there is no improvement in service on this route . Although the frequency for many buses like Vrindavan Society is very good why there is no improvement made for Dharmachapada(Brahmand) despite huge pouplation residing here.
Most of the time we have to wait for 40-45 minutes to get a bus forget getting a seat.
