I had given my VW polo to Jahangir Puri Work station for a door replacement on 30th June 2016. Surveyor was assigned on 2nd July but its 8th July and they are not able to deliver me the car. They keep promising me today and today. Worst service ever received. Do not buy any Volkswagen car. You will regret your decision. All their employees are liars.

You do not understand a thing and NO, THE ISSUE HAS NOT BEEN RESOLVED.

If you take 10 days for a job which can be done in 3 days, you do not say that issue resolved. Do not thank me for being a valuable customer instead train your employees to create valuable customers.

I will never ever recommend Volkswagen to any one in my whole life.

    I brought this car on 7th june 2016.,. the very next i drove it there was pulling on left side which driving.,., so i thought its a simple alignment problem.,., the vehicle was send again and again and today (4th july) its the 4th time.,., that the car has been sent for the same problem.. result is 0.,.

    I am one of the many people who share this experience. I bought my Vento TDi DSG in 2015 and till date I have the alignment issue and the vehicle pulling to left. And no matter what the "experts" in VW Service center try, it pulls to the left. So much so, I have left it to fate now.

    The VW Management is too busy worrying about protecting it's fate in the fuel emission scandal that they are least bothered about such "petty" issues.

    In team-bhp forum you can find the e-mail ID of the GM of VW or the Director of VW Global Sales. You should try that channel instead of posting here. It's of no use.

    BTW a friend of mine who bought a TSI DSG about 1 month ago had the same problem within 3 weeks. He got it rectified and now he complaints of screeching noise in the suspension when he goes over a speed bump. And this started occuring "after" the wheel alignment.

      This is reagarding my car vento tdi dl8cz 7995 uneven wearing of tyres, service centres is saying that alloys are bent however my concern is without a major impact or accident there is zero possibility that a alloy be bent and that too they are saying that both alloys are bent. my concern is alloys are too strong to be bent due to small path hole company has to take the responsibility for this manufacturing defect.

        My car no WB02E0186.the key injector of my car is given to change at your service centre in topsia as it is not functioning. I have been asked to wait for 15days, and the new key will be hand over to me on 6th july. Now they asked me to wait for another 5days.I think you all know that the car is not a luxurios vehical. I cant use my car for 15days.I am facing a lot of problem for that. Please quiken the process.

          I have volkswagen vento highline diesel (2012). one day as i was driving my speed of the car became constant at 60 km/ hr. when i try to accelerate it give excessive smoke. i went to nearby service centre and they told me that there is problem of turbocharger and egr which is quite costly. i was unable to understand as my car has runned only 60000 km. please look at the matter.

            It's been two weeks now since my car is standing at service station at pathankot due to wiring short which company says as the ac of car is not working from the time my 3rd service was done they put some fluid in the ac vents due to which wiring got short after 2 weeks they are saying that we are not able to find out what has happened and it will take another week for us to find the fault and repair it kindly please take some serious action on behalf of my complaint as they have called me twice that your car has been repaired which they never did else give me in written that it's not possible to repair my car by volkswagen so that I can further take some action against the company as my wife have missed her exam due to companies negligence.

              Hello VW India,

              Recently i have taken my POLO CAR to your Faridabad workshop after a minor accident. I have submitted all the documents related to ownership, DL and policy.

              Workshop manager entered a wrong details of my DL, however, insurance company initially approved the same for the works, however, not releasing the DO now.

              First, its a mistake by the Service center and secondly by the Insurance company.

              Now, as a customer, i am not getting delivery of my car and it is 22rd day today (the car reached the body shop on 31-May-2016)

              The game blame between the Bajaj Insurance and VW is going on and i am getting harassed and facing problems. Almost Rsl 15000's direct financial lost so far because of this.

              In case we are not getting my CAR within next 2-days, we will got for a live Strike at the workshop and will block all business activities. Further, we will invite the media as well.

              Please get into this issue and organise to release my CAR on an urgent basis latest by Friday 24th June, 2016.

                I certainly had a very bad experience when i first went to buy a volkswagon car ameo from vidyut motors near mangala theater, pune, the salesman "ASHISH KADAM" was a nasty, rude, arrogant guy who talks as if he owns volkswagon, he does not know how to sell a luxury product, basic humility is lacking .When you ask him anything he replies in "YES" or a "NO"...very very indecent and a stupid guy.When we went inside for first 2 minutes he was listening to music with earplugs and he did not attend us.When i asked him for a card he said i already gave one to your colleague.He was not enthusiastic and was just ducking all the questions.This is not expected when you try and buy a product like a car, you should resolve all the queries of the customer and attend to him diligently, he was just not interested in selling the car.If it was a toy car i wanted to buy it is obvious i wont ask him many questions but when a person drives all the way to your showroom and you give him a cold response, its bad.

                  Hey hi! I bought a polo putting my faith in german technology but truly am disappointed, the americans score better. Of late the car is giving me quiet a few headaches, just a few months ago the car had problems with acceleration when i went to the service centre in moti nagar i ŵas told by the service engineer that the coolant tank had leaked and the coolant had leaked on the timing belt due to which i had to replace the timing belt as well the bill i paid was a whopping 25 grand. Man i have been driving since 25 years, never have i come across such a problem.
                  Two days ago another strange problem (Never heard of) came up while driving suddenly my car came to a halt and would not start. After i managed to send the car to the service centre at globus north delhi i was told that the fuel pump had stopped working and the pump will have to be replaced and another invoice of 13000 rs has been made.

                  Can you please advice, even after getting the car regularly serviced by an authorised service centre why such problems are bound to come. I have a chevrolet cruz which is older than my polo but never have i faced such stupid problems.

                  Can you help or is this effort in vain!!!

                    My Car no is UP32 FD0988. Met with an accident on highway with an animal due to which the radiator pipe got damaged resulting in leakage of coolant. This resulted in overheating of engine causing damage to inlet valves. (THE TECHNICAL PART HAS BEEN TOLD TO ME BY WORKSHOP). I was informed that these valves need to be changed & that invoice has been raised for the same on 2nd or 3rd June. Since then no definite information is made available to me regarding the delivery date of my car except that the valve set is not available at company warehouse. I have already lodged a complaint on your toll free no. Complaint no is CCR43709. Being a senior cardiologist I am finding it very difficult to manage my days without a vehicle.

                    I was promised a loaner car to be delivered on 11th evening by GM of Lucknow workshop. Same evening someone else rang up saying due to car not being very clean they will get it delivered on 13th morning by 10.00 AM. at 11.00 AM on 13th when I rang up to ask about the loaner car I was informed that it will be delivered by 2.00 - 3.00 PM as the driver is out for some work. Again at 4.00 PM I was informed that there is some work going on in the car & it can't be delivered on 13th.

                    I don't know what is the problem, why is Lucknow service center not able to give me definite date as to when my car will be delivered. It is very surprising & unbelievable that an international company like your's do not have Inlet Valve set for Vento petrol in your warehouse.

                      I am completely dissatisfied by the way automark has given the delivery of my vehicle bearing no. Mh12 mw9567.

                      On the day of the delivery i. E. 14th jun 2016 itself while handing over the vehicle front door (Driverside) could not open with the key while all the other doors could open. This was the serious safety issue and manufacturing problem which must be reported to the company. And if this has happened now it can happen any other time causing serious problem on the road.

                      The vehicle has to be sent to service centre in andheri (East) to repair. To my surprise when the vehicle came back i could see the handle of the vehicle was blackened out with grease and could not be cleaned by the cloth. I could not even think that it is a new vehicle. Both the right side doors had the black marks all over. Nobody even bothered to clean. This is total negligence on the service center as well as the show room personnel.

                      On the second day when i took the vehicle out to the temple in prabhadevi throughout the travel time till returning home i could feel the vehicle is shifting to left side and had to continually controlled to keep it steady. This is absolutely unacceptable. I was told by your show room people that this can happen. That again has given me a shock of my life. If the company like volswagen is accepting such serious mistakes on the safety side so casually then i have made a big mistake is selecting the vehicle from you. I am now expecting few more shocks to come.

                      Other thing what i observed is that the amount of enthusiasm that your people show in getting the orders equally irresponsible and funny way they are “attempting” to serve the customer. You do not have drivers. They are all the time busy. I am asking for the show room manager to respond and talk to me. He is busy somewhere else. No time for him to attend to dissatisfied customer. You cannot just leave us to the front desk customer care ladies to reply to us when we as customer know very well that they cannot do anything unless their boss decides otherwise.

                      The vehicle is still at the show room and i was told that it will go tomorrow to the ‘same service center “ may be for wheel balancing and alignment? God knows.

                      After paying nearly rs. 13 lacs i am completely dis-satisfied with the performance of the vehicle and also with your service mentality. My confidence is completely shaken. Please note that no amount of oral guarantees will satisfy me. Therefore i suggest i will need written assurance & guarantee regarding what has happened to the vehicle right form the day 1 and what corrective action has been taken on the same. If it happens again what action you will take. I think that is fair enough besides fully satisfying me with the action taken and trials.

                      In absence of this i reserve the right not to take back such repaired vehicle.

                        I have given my car (Vento Highline) for regular service in April 2016. They have delivered the vehicle after service. But lot of damages to the dash board and lit of sound and noise after the service. Thanks to Volkswagen palace cross, Hesaraghatta service station.

                        I have raised a complaint on Twitter once I found there was no intent of the service center of listening to my problems.

                        Then, the service center manager, Sonia D'souza called me and asked me to get the vehicle. I said, I will get the car later since I was travelling.

                        Finally I have the car again to them on 8th June and today is 16th June. I don't have a hint of delivery date and no follow ups of mine were answered.

                        I've been calling Sonia since 1 week for support but no support. Constantly ignoring calls, disconnecting the calls on the face, "so what" attitude has been prevailing all through these 8 days.

                        Now, I have started doubting whether my vehicle is safe or they lost it, or may be the intentions may be of theft.

                        Please help me in getting my vehicle back.

                        Even my car (DL10CC0417), submitted in World Class Automobiles, Delhi is awaiting repairs, and spares are not available in the Service Station-just 3 days now!
                        The timelines are still not known.
                        The money demand is increasing by leaps, but nothing is stated in writing!

                          I have given my vw highline - hr 12x 1420 to change the steering as it had issues & it was under warranty. I gave my car on 06th/ june/2016 for the same and i was informed by the team member asha that i will get my car in one day. Later i got the call that there are issues in shockers and knuckle also. And i told the team to get it replaced under warranty which they initially agree but refused later. So i was informed that this will be covered under insurance and not warranty, so i told them to do so.
                          On 7th/ june i was told that we are too busy and there is no staff so we can't process it for insurance and same thing happened for next 04 days and all excuses about less staff, manager resigned, etc and finally the insurance was filed on 10th /june but as it's saturday and sunday on the following days so no reply from anyone. On monday (13th/june) after following up with bharti axa and vw for the entire day i came to know that the parts will not be covered under insurance. At the same time vw staff kuldeep was trying to assure me that he will try something but i am sure the insurance staff (Dinesh) and kuldeep already discussed something. I was refused for any help at the end. On 13th/ june when i spoke to bartender in insurance company i was told that they will do something and finally after 01 more entire day discussion they agree to bear 50% discount on the parts.
                          Now it's 10 days and my car is still in vw, very badly handled and i feel staff have no company value.
                          I was called up by vw to extend warranty but what is the point of doing it if shockers and such small things are not replaces and such bad service is been provided. And similarly the staff is talking bad about the company and its management.
                          I will never recommend vw to anyone and also i will ensure that all my friends and family will post this entire incident on social media.
                          Such a shame for the brand like vw that they can't live up to their commitments and values. Highly disappointed.

                            I bought a polo gt 2 months back as it is a new car got a problem in the suspension
                            As i took my car to the service centre (faridabad volkswagon) they kept my car for almost 10 days and returned my car back assuring me dat this wont be happening again as the ptoblem is resolved as after 1 week only i started noise from suspension again the same noise dat was coming earlier now again i have ordered a complaint regarding as follows :
                            Suspension noise
                            Front side bumper adjust
                            All doors and boot hinges adjust and lubricate
                            But as of now no action has been taken
                            If volkswagon is giving these types of services i assure dat u will soon be losing your valuable customers for sure

                              My vw vento is in extended warranty (Mh02cp8441) and has had the following complaints since the first year itself.

                              1. Gears do not engage properly
                              2. The fuel gauge indicator malfunctions and does not show correct reading.

                              I have complained to mumbai dealers (Esp. Tornado motors) and sent the car for repair but every time they do some workaround and send the car back without addressing the core issue. Within weeks the problems start again. It has now been 3.5 years and at least 10 visits to workshops, but no avail. Can you help,

                                I mr. Karunakar teddy i am having polo vehicle, we have given vehicle for engine start problem as well as 90 k service. After completion this service we have taken vehicle, but it was not in good condition as we are given at the time service. Now after service no ice is coming from stirring and diesel tank cap is not working and extremely i have not satisfied with your vehicle and their service. If you people will not take proper action we will approach liagally.

                                  Unnecessary delay in giving trc by the dealer
                                  poor show volkswagen india!!!


                                  purchased cross polo mpi1.2 on apr 27 2016, dealer vw india -maa sheetla autowheels, haldwani, uttarkhand promised trc

                                  in a day or two--- but never delivered trc ( temporary registration certificate) till date (06/june/ 2016)

                                  despite regular reminders on phone and email.The salesmanager mr. Javed doesnt pick up phone and

                                  the junior staff simply utters the same answer eachtime that its a govt process and the file is at

                                  govt office for same despite the well known fact the trc is issued by the dealer itself and later rc

                                  through rto... When i insist on reasons they say that this model has not been approved by state rto

                                  dehradoon .I say when its not approved by the state rto then how come you sell this car to

                                  customer .Who will bear the depreciation and the loss incurred till now and what if any damage

                                  occurs to the vehicle.Where are the legal liabilities of vehicle .Who will stand with the customer in

                                  case of dispute----dealer or volkswagen india.Traffic police person often ask for the trc...Where is

                                  legal liability...I have purchased car from volkswagen india --they are responsible to all the

                                  disputes arising out of it as they have allotted such dealers who cant even arrange trc of the

                                  vehicles they are selling to its customers ---vw india should have this much of say on the dealers

                                  ...Anyhow thats their issue but it does affects customers who are left at god mercy.


                                  I contacted vw india complaint no.Ccr63731...And earlier each day i used to call them they had the same answer

                                  " sorry for the inconvenience and we wil soon contact you" which they never did either thru mail, or any phone calls ever . It was me calling them eachday for the updates...Pathetic !!!
                                  and now they have started uttering the same answer of dealer that the temporary registration is under process with the rto ...Such is the state of volkswagen, they dont bother whether the sold vehicle has the trc even issued or not even as more than 40 days spent after sale...Dont ever go for this brand i recommend ...Horrrifying!!!


                                  all i need is a strict action against volkswagen india and they need to compensate it for all the

                                  depreciation of vehicle till now, mental torture and future legal liabilities. How can they be so

                                  irresponsible despite propaganda of best customer services.Atleast such incidents should never

                                  occur with anyone ...Nightmare car!!!😡☹️

                                    I own a polo gt tsi. My vehicle number is DL8C Z 4888 and i bought this car in 2013.
                                    I also took extended warranty for my car.
                                    Its DSG box started giving problems. My car was not in working condition and was parked at VW Moti Nagar, New Delhi for around 3-4 months.
                                    when i got my car back after 4 months, it started giving problem again.

                                    I also own Mercedes c220, skoda superb, vw jetta, chevy cruze and honda civic.

                                    But this is the only car which is giving me so many problems.

                                    i[censored] cant figure out the problem please write a mail, and i will take further actions.

                                    i am disappointed with your service.

I go to kirti nagar centre and there service head mr sachin attend the case and told that in volkswagen seperate part not possible so whole dashboard to be changed. The cost for same will be appx rs[protected] for dashboard and 4000 for fitting)
                                      I argue but he deny.

                                      Then i go to jahangirpuri centre and mr rohit attend. He is very genuine person and changed the broken part itself in rs 2050 only.

                                      How can volkswagen policy differ in two centres.
                                      This show clearly that kirti nagar centre is cheating customers and making unethical money

                                        My Volkswagen Polo car's clutch has been demaged from last 2 months and it is in not moving condition. As I bought that car from Guwahati(Assam) 2 years back and according to Volkswagen, now their service center has been moved from Guwahati.

                                        Firstly when I contacted Volkswagen customer care they adviced to bring my car to Kolkata which is totally unethical because I bought that car from Guwahati.

                                        Then repeated complain Mr.Debasish Das of contact number [protected] from Volkswagen Kolkata contacted me first week of last month saying that after 2/3 days their technician will reach Guwahati and will replace the damaged clutch plate.

                                        But till now whenever I use to call him he always downplays and say by next week surely will be done.And that continue to happen till date.

                                        As my car is in garage from last 2 months, there might be some more problem can occur due for not driving that car.

                                        Please help me and guide.
