Volkswagen dealer offers money with new front bumper due to mismatched paint than they emotionally blackmail & harrase the customer. On complaining this all to volkswagen customer care at [protected], [protected] they have no response, no reply even they commit to resolve but they can't do so. I want that there should be a strict action with legal actions towards volkwagen and their dealer also.
You people must close your dealerships...

Volkswagen has a easy way of checking your fuel system.

If your car does not start, you may need to tow to the nearest Volkswagen service Station. there they check your battery and the starter, if found ok they then open and collect the diesel from the outlet of the filter. If they find rust or any colour similar to colour of rust, then you are dead !!! They immediately say your diesel is mixed with water and it will cost Rs.3,...

I have purchased a polo petrol comfortline from bangalore motors ltd, bangalore from sales outlet on mysore road in the first week of july 2016. after buying the car i have been requesting the dealer that i need to fit a reverse parking sensor to the car which they have been denying. the dealer staff says that niether i can get it fitted in the showroom no outside garage. they do not have an accessory for the variant and they do not permit...

The service & response given by volkswagen @ pondicherry is very poor & pathetic. I have given the vehicle for service on 13th july 16, till now they have not responded. I have never seen such a lethargic and irresponsible team across any manufacturers. I have been a maruti & hyundai customer before, but their service was good.In vw, poorest of the poor.
I request you to look into this....

Ever since we bought a Volkswagen Polo (17th June 2915) last year, the car when running at a speed of 20-40 comes to a complete halt and back.It causes a massive jerk and goes back to normal.It is a life threatening fault which was failed to be detected by the service center several times.I am sick and tired of the incompetent team.Highly disappointed !!

Do you have vw, please dont go to the service center abra which is located in ambattur branch.

I've given my passat for service and they took 8 months for checking fly wheel sound and a/c fan replacement, again after 8th month they said that your battery was gone and place a new battery which i need to pay still...

We are approaching for car servicing to indore service centre on dated 5 july 2016. he said your appointment fix on dated 13 july, but now they says your appointment fix on after 18 july and not gives us confirmed date because of he doesn't stock for car oil. and he doesn't pick my phone.
This type of silly issues arises in previous servicing. we are very unsatisfied. also the behaviour of employee is very badly and unprofessionally....

I had given my VW polo to Jahangir Puri Work station for a door replacement on 30th June 2016. Surveyor was assigned on 2nd July but its 8th July and they are not able to deliver me the car. They keep promising me today and today. Worst service ever received. Do not buy any Volkswagen car. You will regret your decision. All their employees are liars....

This is reagarding my car vento tdi dl8cz 7995 uneven wearing of tyres, service centres is saying that alloys are bent however my concern is without a major impact or accident there is zero possibility that a alloy be bent and that too they are saying that both alloys are bent. my concern is alloys are too strong to be bent due to small path hole company has to take the responsibility for this manufacturing defect....
