AMC with two agencies of Volkswagen

I purchased my VW Polo from Frontier Automobiles, Gurgaon in 2016. I used to get calls from the agency for service and the 1sr service went of well in 2017. In 2018 I get a call from Triumph Auto Pvt. Ltd, also a VW dealer from Gurgaon itself. I dont remember the name of the agency so I am assuming the call is from Frontier. Wrong fuel mentioned in RCBook

I am a mumbai resident. We purchased a Vento diesel in 2011. Recently when I went to get my PUC ...the concerned person refused stating although it is a diesel car Petrol is mentioned on RC book.

Poor service by authorised service centre

All VW service Center’s in Bangalore are not doing maintenance activity for vento DSG gear oil change and mechatronics oil change even after my car has completed 95000kms they are giving reason its lifetime no oil changes, any mechanical part needs time to time maintenance or it may fail to work...

Harassment and cheating by vw dealer and vw customer care

COMPLAINT AND LEGAL NOTICE AGAINST V.W DEALER BADHWAR MOTORS, ROHTAK,
HARYANA . COMPLAINT ALSO against VW customer care as they are not even bothered to reply back or contact me even after multiple emails and requests for help--

I own a VW PO own a VW POLO HIGH LINE HR12U 9899 . If you check your old records you
will find my repeated n numerous ( atleast 50 ) complaints against this dealer in last 7-8

Fraud Volkswagen Capital service center-Okhla Service Center

I have purchased volkawagen car (Brand Car) and using last 8 years but you have fraud and cheating with me and why are you maligning the name of the Volkawagen company. You have used my car 90 km without my permission and used my car full petrol second my car is running only approx 25000 km and you said your ECM was damaged and not working and you have changed my Volkawagen Polo ECM and charged 28000/-

Car ac not working

Exploitation by not providing parts and service

Volkswagen in Bhubaneswar is unable to provide me the parts required and also not able to provide me the service required.

They forced me to extend my warranty to avail some facilities. But its been a year now that I am following up with them to provide me a part for ABS sensor and give me the service on time but they are irresponsible and unresponsive at the same time.

After sending back to back emails also...

Ameo ABS sensor failure

I am using a volkswagen Ameo highline petrol 2016 model. Till date it used only 17000KMs. In these time period i faced a very critical safety feature failure. That my ABS sensor got failed twice. In 2019 i got this issue and replaced the sensors and now again 2021 November its giving the same issue.
And i have raised this issue to company officials but they are not agreeing its a product quality issue instead they are saying kerala...

Volkswagen ameo 1.5 highline diesel car - TN05BX2209

I have purchased Ameo Highline diesel automatic car in july '19 and ran only for 12500 kms. In the past four months, vehicle broke down for three times on the road due to Engine malfunctioning. I am not using the car for long drive since it is not safe and may stop at any time in the road. The last incident happened on 03.12.21 @6 pm and vehicle towed by VW on 04.12.21.

ABS sensor issue - safety concern

I have Ameo and have been complaining and already left my vehicle each spanning for a week's time for the resolution and till date never got it resolved. Today This time it's more worse. The break completely gets hard to press and actually impossible to apply break and I nearly escaped hitting and getting hit on highway. I got VW just to be sure of the safets and now because of the VW itself I doubt my safety. Will VW answer me or my family...

Vento Spare parts replacement at 30000 kms

I have a 2014 vento high line petrol which has covered just 30000 kms. Sent for annual service and I was told so many parts (wheel bearing, steering gear, shock absorbers, abs sensor) need replacing. Car has traveled only 1800 in last yr and in 2020 no parts replacement was suggested. This shows poor quality of parts used.

Request for replacement of the parts at the company’s expense....

Very very poor average for volkswagen vento
