Regarding Fraud on kun volkswagen company oil charging issues

On Jan 17 2023, I went to kun volkswagen kottivakkam branch, for general service, oil change, they does not change my car engine oil, suddenly 4/2/2023 my car engine was stop working engine oil light was started blinking, then I went near by shell petrol pump near by they told engine was not fraud done on company, checked oil was not changed very bad, they changed my car engine oil, car started working, how dare kun volkswagen, does change...

Issues with brand new VW Taigun

I brought a brand new Taigun from a dealership in Gurgaon couple of months back. The overall experience with the dealership has been very poor including after sales support and service support. Below are few examples -

When I went to install number plates, they person has already drilled holes wherein i had asked for plates with frame without any holes drilled. They simply asked me to install elsewhere. Break noise issue not resolved after repeated failed attempts

This is in regards to the BRREAK NOISE ISSUE registered with Volkswagen.
My car has been making break noise since 15 months, Volkswagen has tried fixing the issue multiple times.
Even they have tried changing the rare breaking system with drums, plates, break shoe and break pads.
But still the issue is not resolved.
I have been visiting service center multiple times and connecting with Volkswagen india service...

Power Window Issue is still persistent since June 2022(Almost 9 Month and every month service team is conveying the same 2 months. I don’t see any progress on the resolution of the issue.

Spare part of my Vento car

Dear Sir,
I am having a Vento car 2011 model and regn. No. UP16CE4739.The lower front grill was found missing of my car. Hence, I approached Volkswagen service centre( Frontier Auto world Pvt Ltd) at Indl. Estate, Mathura road, Delhi today i.e. on 30.12.2022 for procurement of the grill.
But inadvertently, upper grill(show grill) has been delivered to me in place of lower grill.

Volkswagen India - Engine Temperature Issue

Last month November 14th i delivered my Polo Tsi to Volkswagen Nagawara Branch Bangalore north regarding Engine Temperature issues.

Till now the Vehicle is in the service center they changed wrong part they charged for that again they changed Another part without my permission.

Duplicate invoice for state transfer of vw vento

Draft this mail for a request for a duplicate invoice copy of my vw vento, 2011 model 1.6 L highline PETROL AUTOMATIC car.

Inherent manufacturing defects in Taigun 1.0

Power window of vw taigun topline AT not working

Complaint - Polo GT 2018 model AC Compressor & Condenser failed

Taigun with out ORVM

Bought Taigun TSI Highline in May'22. But ORVM was not functional and dealer said it's not available. As per brochure ORVM is available for this model and there was tweet from VW India on 10th Feb'22 - which says with out ORVM either get a 15000 refund or utilize same amount for retro fitment once chip available....

Delay in repair of VW Polo

Its been more than 7 months and still my car is under repair at VW Guwahati service centre. There has been multiple changes on the date of completion. And still it is not clear the estimated date completion.

The repair at the service centre has been very slow and the entire team is highly unprofessional. I do not foresee the completion of the work in near future.

SVP - Service issues

I bought 2 years SVP plan last year in Mumbai with Mody Auto Corp Mira road, at the time of selling SVP, I was told its valid across India.

Now I am in Hyderabad and given my Vento (MHQ3628) at PSS motors Manikonda for yearly service.
