I Vinod N Patil owner of Volkswagon Polo Highline, Car number- MH 14 EU 3121. I gave my car for a second service of my car on 24th may 2016, i received my car that evening only, though service was not that good, cause inside of tha bonet was not cleaned well. I went to Lonavala on thursday 26th may 2016 . i reached there stopped my car at my bunglow, then when i went to take some stuff at market, while returning when i ignited my engine, all the lights started flickering and when i gave a start to the car, it wasn`t happening. It was like the car has left with no battery. i tried to push the car and start it up in the 2nd gear but that also didnt happen.The i called up the customer care and then they send a technician for help. he jump started the car and told to let it be on for 30-45 mins and try to start it up the next morning, he told us that the battery of the car was full down. We went the next day to give the car in the service center. they examined the car and told that it was a battery fault. they gave us a service battery. the compain is that, when i gave my car it was fit and had no battery issues, but when i received it, it got a problem. This Has Happened in Global Gallarie Group Thane. All the Batteries has 2 year warantee but they said battery has 1 year warantee. I want a replaced battery. Please look to it.

    I, Mrs Saroj Chaudhari owns Vento automatic MH12 HL 6595 in Pune .
    My car has damaged the bumper and radiator in small accident and i have deposited my car for repairs at Vidyut Motors Pune on 12 May 2016 .
    The Garage has claimed from insurance company and same is sanctioned . They got the bumper but says that Radiator is not available from Company due to shortage and they have placed order long back .

    I request you to give me information firstly if there is really any such shortage, and secondly when can it be made available .
    And as a manifacturer company isnt it your duty and responsibility to provide the spares through all the dealers ?

    I am sure Company will realize that this tactics or delays is going to affect your name And bussiness in future directly, because like the good publicity for good service the negative word also spreads equally or rather faster .
    So please let me know the actual status of the Radiator delivery yo Vidyut motors for my Car .

      I own volkswagen vento car (Petrol version), on[protected] i renewed my car insurance with the oriental insurance co.In the care of volkswagen.
      On[protected], i submitted my car to ncr-east, sahibabad workshop for service and bodyshop.. I got some dents on the right back door, on the left penal, left front door, at the bonut, on the roof, and some minute scratches at the back and on front..
      Left backlight and right mirror cap is broken..
      I understand that the policy doesn't include old dents that is why i don't want the claim of left backlight, right mirror cap, bonut and roof (Bonut and roof have major dents which i will pay for it myself as they are older)..
      But surveyor is not giving me the claim of the rest fresh dents and scratches..
      There is no reson of taking the insurance with volkswagen if it doesn't meet with the satisfaction of costumer.
      I've been talking to bodyshop departments over a month and there is no cooperative answer..
      If volkswagen wouldn't help me then who will standby the costumer?
      Note: this is my first claim since i've purchased my vento..

        My name is Purathur Thomas Francis, i am an NRI from Muscat. Beginning of this month i purchased VW-polo from Phoenix car-trichur., for my son who is studying in b'glore. Reg. No. KL 08- BJ 4807.
        Before finalising the deal, my only request with the Sales Manager was to arrange a driver to deliver it in b'glore, for which initially he hesitated and then he agreed. When i specifically asked him how much will be the extra cost, he said he will manage and send one of his driver in showroom for free.
        But things turned bad, when it came to the time of delivery, we were informed that we need to pay 4000 rs with return ticket and hotel accomodation to the driver. this if he had mentioned earlier i would have either agreed or arranged myself some other person.
        Inspite of my several calls from muscat to him, his response was poor, and he was avoiding us.
        This is not the service i expected from a senior person like him.
        The car is really good, and we came to this showroom to have a long relationship with VW. But with this kind of dealing, you leave bitterness
        in the hearts of the customer.
        i am writing this only to put it in record what has happened to me and also to ensure that this kind of incident, atleast doesn't happen to others.

          Run. Km 6500 so far two times break drum changed even now vobling when break applied. Highly risky to ride. I am using only city roads and highways. Service people say break may worned out due dust and sand. This unsatisfied filmsy reason. I am having crs of other makes where no such problem experiencd.           Having polo vdi. Run. Km. 65000 with in this changed break disc 3 times even now it is vobling when apply break. Highly risk on highway. I am in city using city roads and highways only. Service people want to convince me with filmsy reasons. Having other company cars no such problems in that cars. I am extremely worried about this repeted problem. Once proud to have volks wagon car is now to rethink. Pl analyse and advise me. Since the problem in break request immediate attention

              We are getting regular serviceing done to our car from your volkswagen service center.in spite of maintaining the car as per company regulations we are finding the engine stopping in the middle of the road several times.this is a very serious situation and danger to the people travelling with the car.we got our car serviced and problems cleared by volkswagen guntur service center only to find that the car still has the same problem as it was earlier. please do the needfull at the earliest.

                I had purchased new vento petrol automatic car on 25/4/2016 & drived just 127 km, now A/c of the same is not working. I approached to showroom, they replaced the part of other car & told me that new component is ordered and as soon as it will arrive they will replace with the old part. They told me that it was manufacturing defect so they have to the part, now my problem is how it is except able in new car, I would like to see the matter seriously by manangement & expect to solve it as soon as possible

                    Own a volkswagen vento highline tdi, bought on July 2012
                    From past few weeks my car started loosing its pick-up while driving, i took my car to the authorized workshop and got it checked.
                    At the workshop after checking my car, i was told that the turbo charger (Glow) sensor is faulty and it needs to be replaced, the cost of replacement is approximately 120k to 141k inr.
                    I inquired why the sensor got damaged, the concerned people were unable to answer.
                    I find this fishy, please help me...

                      We were proud to be VW customer - this statement is true for only before sales & 2 months after sales.

                      Really very careless service providing after sales. We were now the past customers which are facing lot of problems after the first servicing regarding vehicle.

                      Please find the incidents details regarding the vehicle:
                      Resi No : MH10CA2799
                      VIN No : MEXF15601FT108265
                      Delivery Date : 27th Aug 2015

                      1. First Servicing Date : 6th Apr 2016, KM : 12879 = After this no problem
                      2. After 17928 KM – Vehicle no stable @80 to 110KM/hr = Again on dated 4th May 2016 – checked with Unique Automobiles Kolhapur = They done revised wheel balancing & alignment.
                      3. Received vehicle @ 5th May 2016 with assurance of the fault & general check-up.
                      4. After just 210 KM passed – Vehicle flash high Temp alaram & coolant was no more in vehicle. Vehicle given to BU bhandari @ 9:30PM on 6th may 2016 with KM -18138.
                      5. Vehicle checked & received on dated 11th May 2016 with KM -18163 without giving satisfactory problem resolution but assured that all work done with gurranty.
                      6. After the same dated 24th 2016 – KM- 19160 – Again vehicle showed engine check with some wire alaram. Again vehicle given to Unique Automobiles Satara.
                      If you check the history from customer point of view – really suffered through very pathetic situation which suffered on ROAD where I cancelled the main appointments.
                      I personally not satisfied the service which you are providing where vehicle was not completed one year.
                      Its really not good sign to live VW family for lifelong.
                      Can you improve your services & communication between customers.
                      Many complaints are given during survey call but till no action or improvements shown.

                      Really the promise, trust given at time of purchase was not given to customer as per commitment.

                        Dear sir, I had purchased a Volkswagen Vento from Volkswagen Hissar on 18h Sep 2014 through Canteen Stores Department Hissar. Since I am settled at Jabalpur on retirement from Army the Car was driven to Jabalpur and since then it has been under regular maintenance of your local dealer VW Jabalpur Frontier Cars India Pvt Ltd Bhedaghat Road Bypass Crossing Jabalpur. Due to unfair wear of Inner Edge of tyres Premature failure had resulted and Two new tyres was provided by Local Apolo Office . My car as on date has done 31000 KM but the under carriage was not taken care by your local workshop both the front tyres again had similar tears on the inner side and have again been replaced . The tyres replaced earlier have been fitted at rear wheels. You can review from the history of my car that it has been taken for Servicing and also regular checks before and after long journey, Since the wheel alignment machine ofVW garage is not working.I undertook the wheel alignment and wheel balancing in local workshop who advised me that the fault is with the Arms of my car which can only be attended by VW Dealer, I had again taken the car to VW Dealer on 12 and 16 May but the service engineers do not understand the problem, hence this complaint to you.Now my car has two new front tyres and two old tyres fitted at rear wheels I have been unnecessarily made to spend on tyre replacements

                          I j. Rajashekar reddy had bought a vento tdi high line from
                          Your volkswagen hubli dealership on the name of my mother jayanthi
                          Devi on january 4th 2016. At the time of delivery they had told that
                          The vehicle is in good conditition and had taken my signature on the
                          Required documents. On feb we came to know that the colour of the rare
                          And the front portion on the left side of the car is not matching and
                          We had informed to the showroom people regarding this. They had not
                          Take a any action regarding this for which we had registered a
                          Complaint on march 31st (Complaint no.Ccr44747). After four days from
                          The date of registering the complaint the vw hubli people called me
                          And asked me to bring the vehicle to the showroom so that they will
                          Repaint the vehicle. We had refused to take the repainting as we had
                          Bought a new car not a used car and i asked the people of vw hubli to
                          Replace my car with a new one as they had given me a repainted car
                          Mentioning it as a new car. I had waited to receive the response from
                          Vw hubli but they failed to communicate with me. Again i had a
                          Registered a complaint on april 17th (Complaint no.Ccr43870) and even
                          For this complaint i had not got any response from the dealership and
                          I had called back to vw customer care and the customer care executive
                          Had taken a conference call with mr. Suhan gowda the sales head of vw
                          Hubli. Mr. Suhan gowda asked us to come to the showroom so that they
                          Will rectify the issue. We had been to the showroom on[protected] and
                          Mr. Suhan gowda had examined the vehicle and told us they had painted
                          The vehicle and he had thrown three papers on our face and asked us to
                          Getout of the showroom and he had used unprofessional words telling
                          That he will come to my place and will look after me as he had got
                          Crime background friends from hospet. So we are going on legal things
                          On vw hubli (Ist party) and vw india (2nd party) hence we request you
                          To provide us a postal address of vw india to forward the legal
                          Notice.

                            Dear sir,

                            From purchasing to till date, our experience with volkswagen is worst.
                            Bought polo petrol from vw ahmedabad, automark motors pvt ltd, s. G. Highway. We were given quotation with reverse parking sensors, and at time of delivery of car, they refused saying, its not possible. We have written proof. Our friend bought same model from another showroom (Das auto, ahmedabad), with a gape of a week, and got reverse parking sensors in it.

                            Then, for 1st 6monthly check up, their response was poor. There is no inter department coordination. Service centre - automark motors pvt ltd, ujala circle, sarkhej, ahmedabad.

                            Again this time i kept my car under insurance coverage for windscreen replacement! And very poor response, n poor coordination. Worst service ever. We deal with service head mr chirag, job card coordinator mr mayur, and engineer? Mr devendra. No coordination between these guys.

                            Other companies provides much much better service at door step.

                            We regret our relationship with volkswagen.

                              I own a volkswagen vento highline tdi, bought on sep 2012.
                              From past few weeks my car started loosing its pick-up while driving, i took my car to the authorized workshop and got it checked.
                              At the workshop after checking my car, i was told that the exhaust gas recirculation (Egr) sensor is faulty and it needs to be replaced, the cost of replacement is approximately 50k to 60k inr.
                              I inquired why the sensor got damaged, the concerned people were unable to answer.
                              I find this fishy, please help me.

                                I m driving Volkswagen polo from last 4.5 year and now I have a very worst experience of my car Volkswagen polo during last week.No is HR51AP3344.. I m very shameful to say that i have serviced my vehicle at 80, 000 kms. it means next due date of my service is 95000 or 1 year. but before my due date, my vehicles engine oil was literally at zero level.. i was driving with my family at manalli ...in the meanwhile my driver faced some challenges while driving...den he saw that engine oil was at zero level...and the kilometres that covers from last service was 13000. and volkswagen gives proper assurance of 15000 kms or 1 year. I was shocked to see it . I seriously had a worst experience with the service part that is done last time... now i seriously dont have trust with volkswagen. i was planning to buy another diesel variant of polo. but now i have changed my plan.

                                Volkswagen India — No service centre in guwahati

                                I went to Volkswagon Guwahati dealer on 12th May 2016. Although the signboard changed from Volkwagon to Honda, one lady assured me for booking, To day the gatekeeper informed me that there will no service available for volkwagon. When your new service centre in Guwahati will come?

                                Promises made

                                Lally moters Jalandhar Made promises towards selling of the car on loan The management agreed before to help because of the Coustomer feed back but now the showroom does not show any response. I really want this problem to b solved

                                  I had given my volkswagen vento mh 43 al 4753 for service at vw navi mumbai. Autobhan automotive pvt. Ltd.Nerul. On 18 dec 2015. The running of the vehicle was 50496. Invoice number in14016040. Invoice date 19 dec 2015. Service advisor sandesh chandra. After few months, i realized that the vehicle was doing a lot of noise. I checked the engine oil level it was low. Took the vehicle to a local mechanic, he told that the oil has become thick and dark. It has to be replaced. I took the vehicle on the same day to the service station 19.April 2016. Vehicle running was 54000. This is after 4 months one day the vehicle ran for 3500 km. Met the same service advisor, " he told me top up the engine oil because the vehicle consumes 1 l engine oil for every 2000 km".Invoice no in14019153. Invoice date 19 apr 2016. I want some action to be taken against these people so that such thing don't happen. Because there is no point in sending the vehicle to vw service station.

                                    As above I had purchased Volkswagen vento car. My new car throwing carbon and carbon monoxide from my silencer which is defects in my car. I am called your executive many times from 8th April to 21 April regarding this problem but I didn't get any positive response. I can't believe like you company behaved lightly and didn't solved my problem. So take return your defective car and solve my problem within 7 days. And no any fare decision taking by you than I will take legal action against it.

                                      This is continuation to the customer complaint i raised on april 22nd through your portal (Id 1271191), for first year service of my vw polo car.

                                      Sundaram motors, sent a csr ms priya to meet me on april 26th.

                                      She apologised for the less than satisfactory experience that i had with them. She asked me to explain to her what the exact issues were, i shared my grievances at length – even though – all of this was mentioned in the complaint email. I said i would appreciate a replacement for the floor mat which was missing, when they returned my car post-service. She said she would need to check with her manager, if this is possible & would revert to me in a day’s time.

                                      Next, she gave me a form on which i was asked to sign – she said it’s just a form that confirms that she met with me. Upon reading it, i saw that it’s a “customer satisfaction form” – which had statements as the below in it –

                                      1. I am completely satisfied with the way the service was done

                                      2. I have received replacement to any lost parts etc.

                                      I said i cannot sign the same, since i want a replacement for the floor mat.
                                      I received a call yesterday, april 28th, from her – she said the driver who returned the car says that the floor mat was there when he handed it back.

                                      Which means that i as the customer is lying or fabricating the whole incident.

                                      I also told her that there was no copy of job card that was given to us, to which she replied that its company policy that the same is not shared with the customer upon the car being returned.

                                      When i insisted that the least sundaram can do is give the replacement – she said she would require the approval of three managers to get one !! When asked why? She replied – since there is no stock.

                                      I had received an email from customer care at sundaram motors asking me to contact mr m. Srinivasan, after sales manager, in case i have any concerns in the future. I tried reaching him twice yesterday on the cell phone number given. No one answered, & neither did i get a call back from ms priya on this matter!

                                      Hence, i regret to say, that my first year service experience with vw at sundaram motors has been a terrible one!!

                                      My suggestion to vw would be, to take the time to call up your customers who have been getting their cars serviced with sundaram – you would be in for a surprise as to how many vw customers are unhappy with the way sundram motors has been carrying out after sales service.
                                      Conducting surprise visits is the only way, if a happy customer is what vw wants!


                                      The whole approach, sundaram has taken in handling my grievance as a vw customer, shows utter lack of accountability !!

                                        Volkswagen used a substandard battery in my car.

                                        My car is covered under a 2 year warranty and it has been one and half years since the time of purchase.

                                        One fine day my car did not start, out of nowhere it just did not start. I jumpstarted the car and took it to the service center in Nashik. They kept the car for eight days and later declared the battery dead.

                                        I though the car was covered in the two year warranty but they informed me that the battery is covered for one year only. I demanded a written letter but was refused.

                                        I want to complain about the substandard product and also refund for the battery.

                                        After hard put efforts and perseverance for nearly 3 years... Finally the D-Day is arriving... Feel proud of our judicial system... The anticipated resulted is nearly close now..
