This is to bring your attention towards the way you handle customers. I met with an accident on ashram chowk and the nearest service centre is Mohan Cooperative. I visited there with my damaged car. But I am totally dissatisfied with the services and way they handle the customer. No one is ready to listen properly and no one helped me at that time.

I finally have to toe my car to Jahangirpuri service centre.In that case as well I had asked for the help in toeing my car but they had denied that too.

    Regarding service in sundaram motors volkswagen

    i own a vw jetta last month while parked the vehcile out of my home
    all the wire has got damaged because of rat bite i have sent the vehcile to sundaram volkswagen wagen which is located in mount road they said need time to analyse i said fine service advisor called after 3 days and given 2.5l quotation
    i asked for rat bite how could you charge like this i have taken delivery from service center i went to...

    Hello!
    Recently there were 2 wires (3-4 inches long) of Injector got repaired of my Polo car no DL3C BW 0456 at Automark Motor Pvt Ltd, A39 Mohan Co-op Estate, Main Mathura Road, New Delhi-110044. It was really tough for me to pay an amount of 3200/ for this small wire repair. I felt they have charged unnecessarily this amount. And even if this is their/ VW rate then i doubt that you will last long in India.

    Secondly the quality of repairing was poor standard like you get it done outside from any of the motor mechanic. The only reason why we go to VW is that we have to delete the errors from the engine through softwares.

    Thirdly it took 4 days to repair, because certain parts were not available.

    How much you charge if some body come and take the car by driving (not by tow) for repair or service? Earlier there was no charge whenever i sent my car for service.

    I just want to say that you look into the matter and refund me the amount what has been overcharged and also re repair it according to VW standard.

      Team Volkswagen,
      It was my dream to buy a Volkswagen car, with god’s grace I bought it on 23/04/2015. Everything was going well till 20th of this month. On 20th I was traveling to Velankanni Church( Tamilnadu ) from Kottayam (kerala) with my family. 21st morning around 1:30am there was a sound coming from my engine side. Then I contacted the roadside assistance number they guided me to local dealer in Trichy (Susee Automotive Pvt Ltd.)
      I spoke the Service manager of Susee, he promised me that he will sort the issue and give the car on 22nd evening. On relying the manager we took taxi and went to Velankanni Church and evening we came to the dealer they said they couldn’t find the issue with the car. Manager asked one more day to find the issue. So with family I stayed in Trichy for 3 days. In meantime I raised complaint in customer care they couldn’t help me in that, I requested them for higher officials email or phone number. They told don’t have permission to give that.
      I am loosing my patience because company like Volkswagen team couldn’t find a simple sound coming from a car within 3 days of span . That means your service team is not well trained and equipped .So how will I give my car to unprofessional service team. I gave my hard earned money to buy this car, the dealer treating us like slums. Now I understood it was bad decision to purchase this car. So tomorrow onwards I am going to start a campaign to educate people not to trust this brand.

        Sir I bought my polo hl tdi last year in February and ive been experiencing some defects which I wasn't expecting from a maker like vw .
        Defects . Execive execive cabin noise
        My seat adjustment lever came off
        My glove box is that much loose that it feel like a drum concert going on in cabin. Meter vibrates a lot from last six months i keep my steering on top condition so it can support the meter and it stop vibrating which I don't want.
        And the worst is last night my left window one touch button stops working and on the top of that now i am not able to open one of my door from inside lever got free.. If I were aware that vw offer this level of quality I would have gone for maruti or hyundai.

          Hi,
          When I bought my car polo at that time I thought I bought the best car performance wise and services also would not be the issue in future. I'm happy with the performance part but I'm really disappointed with the services.
          I met with an accident at Lucknow and send my car to the service centre at Lucknow and when I got my car back that was like my original polo. There were diffrance in Color ( paint)
          I would request Volkswagen take action to these service centre otherwise people will leave faith in Volkswagen.

            On 27th Nov 2015 i gave my polo car for regular service at Abra Motors PVT Ltd, Ambattur, chennai and there was no problem reported when i sent it to workshop. It was raining heavily for next one week and i am not sure where they kept my car, a week after HARI (service person ) called me and said i have to pay Rs 59098 to fix my car. I paid the amount quoted and in return i found scratch marks all over my car.i thought problem was completely resolved. Next day i started getting the loud noise from my engine. When i enquire about this they are asking me to pay for it to fix it. I am very upset and totally disappointed with the service offered. I want my car to be fixed at free of cost.

            During my 1rst long journey (after 3 weeks from the date of service), I saw a signal showing there is a "fault in engine management service after 80km driven". I guess this is due to poor service :( Regards Senthil

                This is to inform you that regarding delay in car delivery.

                I was book the car and paid sum of the amount 10, 000 on 14th Jan 2016, and I have worked with Bank for car lone and it got sanctioned in 3 days and the total amount got transferd to “Star Cars pvt Ltd” Pondicherry on 29th Jan 2016 and they confirmed that will deliver on 5th Feb 2016.

                As my son birthday was on 10th Feb I was calling them regularly but no response from them. Finally they came up with the issues like booking problem, color problem which is like cheating.

                Finally, yesterday the sales manager Prasad is saying that you can cancel your vehicle, me and my family got fully hurted sir.

                I need your help sir regarding this, amount got transferred one month back but still I did’t received any confirmation from them, I have informed to all my friends and collugues as well but no answer from me.

                FYI I have booked VW POLO High Line Petrol (Corban Steel)

                  Dear All,
                  I purchased Volkswagen Vento in Mar 2012.
                  The original provided keys stopped functioning suddenly.
                  The car was taken to Vidyut motors pune. Volkswagen dealer. A new key was provided and I was charged 11000 Rs.
                  I want to have solution for how both keys provided originally stopped functioning all of a sudden.
                  The car was driven to market and while returning suddenly this problem had occurred.

                    It is a matter of shame and great disgust that The Service Dealers of Volkswagen have resorted to cheap and unworthy means of earning money by way of forcing the customers to replace costly spares.

                    I had given my vehicle for servicing & when I received it back the Gears were not functioning properly, the 5th Gear is not working at all. . . . The service Executive was rude and even started a quarrel when I complained about the same.

                    The labor charges for replacing spares are Exhorbitantly high. . .To replace Brake Pads worth of Rs. 3000/- the labor charges are Rs. 1250/-, This seems like a joke.

                    I request the people at large to avoid purchasing Volkswagen.

                      This is in regards of my Polo Car Reg No. - "BR01BF3262".

                      Incident was of last Sunday. Because of some issue My car came into non working condition in Merrut( around 50 Kms from Noida).

                      so, I toe my car to one of your authorized service center in Noida "Viraj Automobiles". But unfortunately they do not have a particular part (Slave Cylinder for Clutch) so I asked one of your another Authorized Service center in Noida "Atrica Automobiles" to provide that part but they denied to give by saying that please bring your car to us and we will service that car. Even i told them that my car is not in working condition so they said that Please toe it again till here. Even having word with the Authorized person of Viraj Automobiles They didn't provide that Part.

                      Please let me know is it a policy in Volkswagen to not share parts with in Authorized dealers. if yes, then Please change this policy otherwise it can be a reason for a no o[censored]nsatisfied customers.

                        I bought Vento in Jun 2014, on Jan 14 2016, my car got hit on the bottom on a kutcha hump created on the road, I was driving to a project site in Sirueri, Chennai. I just drove hardly a minute, and the security near the gate alerted that oil is leaking. I parked the car, switched off and got down immediately.. Oil was continuously leaking. I immediately called up road assistance lodged a complaint that oil is leaking and the vehicle has to be towed. In fact I did tell the lady on call that I am scared that oil is leaking continuously will there be any problem. She said nothing to worry it will get drained. I gave a complaint about 10 in the morning. The tow vehicle came to pick up my vehicle only in the evening at about 5.30 pm.

                        I bought the vehicle from Abro motors dealer and the workshop is in Ambattur. The tow vehicle said that there is a work shop in Alandur which is closer and road assistance has asked to drop the vehicle in that workshop. Since it was alright late in the evening also since festival time, I said alright thinking that all are Volkswagen authorized dealers.

                        The next working day, since no one called me, I again called road assistance and took the number of the service person, where my vehicle was towed. He is Jaishankar of Kun Service centre.

                        Abro motors had sold the car to me with 3 years insurance scheme. They tied up with Bajaj Alliance. First year, it was elite policy wherein I paid additional. The second year I took Bumper to Bumper scheme and insurance premium is Rs.21000/-.

                        Hence I called up Bajaj Alliance and registered my claim. I called back the service center person and given the claim no. OC[protected]. He said since flood vehicles are there he will take at least two weeks as the ratio of repair is 3:1.

                        Intermediately, I was following up with him on the status. He said the oil sump is damaged, the surveyor has given the approval to ahead with the work and he has ordered for the spare parts. On Jan 27th he told me that by end of next week he will surely deliver the car. On February 1st, again I called up to know the status. He said that he has put the car on the ramp and started the work he will deliver in 3-4 days. On February 3rd evening, I again called him to check the status of the work in progress. He returned my call at about 7.30 pm informing that that the car engine is ceased.

                        The surveyor has seen and the next day, he will confirm on the claim. It came as a rude shock that for such a small incident how could a car engine get ceased, when after I stopped the car and oil was still leaking for an hour.

                        On 4th January Kun service person and Bajaj surveyor informs that my claim is rejected because I have driven the vehicle on a dried tank. I will have to pay Rs. 4 lakhs for engine replacement.

                        This is absolutely false observation and cheating me because I parked the vehicle and oil was leaking continuously for more than an hour. There are so many people to give witness that my car was stopped immediately. There is absolute no chance of engine seizure. I checked with many car expertise, all of them ascertain the fact that there is no possibility of engine seizure, if oil has been still leaking after the car has been stopped. My car is just one year old and single handedly driven by me. I have approached Kun service and Abro motors, none of them seem to genuinely helping to sort the issue.

                        They are harassing an innocent customer like me for no fault of mine, charging a big value . Please note I have gone with Volkswagen only for its brand value. I chose Volkswagen announced insurance scheme, I went with Volkswagen Finance for the car loan. I used Volkswagen road assistance. I went to Volkswagen service center. All of them recommended by Volkswagen.

                        Please note my balance EMI is itself about 5 lacs. They are casually telling that I have to pay 4 lakhs for engine replacement. The amount of mental torture, I am going through only I know. I am totally disappointed with such a pathetic customer service from the brand such as you. How fraudulently they are throwing a bombshell on customer’s head. The kun service person shows me a small u plate hardly 2 inch and says that there is scratch, so engine has seized. How could this happen. They are fooling me and taking me for a ride. I believed Volkswagen for its brand value. I request your intervention to bring justice to my claim.

                        I also have a harrowing experience with kun vw. I bought my ameo highline plus at(top variant) and took delivery on 7th december. When i accidently engaged the wiper lever instead od indicator lever i found streaks on he windshield, so i hard pressed the wiper lever to spray some fluid but found that the tank was absolutely empty, and there started my nightmare. The power steering had no auto return. The front suspension was not tuned at all. The rear suspension was only partially tuned. The gear box, engine and brake fluids were not adequately topped up. The irvm was of substandard quality with poor visibility. The head lights were not properly leveled and focused. And if you total it all up you have a disaster waiting to happen killing the occupants of the vehicle. And to rub salt on the wound they brought a old shuttle car for which they wanted me to sign a letter stating that any damage to the vehicle will be at my cost, but refused to give the same guarantee for my brand new car.When i emailed all the top people of the company nobody bothered to reply to my questions. They did not even have the basic courtesy to speak to me over phone. Now i am suing them at the consumer court for all the mental agony, distress, financial loses and not honouring their warranty t&c. I am a senior citizen and i just do not understand why i have to go thru all this nonsense and loose my peace of mind, that too after investing close to rs.12, 00, 000. I have done all the ground work and got the car checked and certified as defective in seven counts and meeting my attorney at 11am on wednesday. So my advice to all of you is not to shy away but fight for your rights and teach a lesson to this heartless dealers for trying to fleece common people like us.                           Prior to service i had specifically told that there is a lot of shrieking voice coming in the vehicle, however even after the service and money been taken the voice is prevalent, showing that the concern was not even looked into.

                            I am working with Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd as Dy.General Manager in Kandivli (east)Mumbai 101, would like to inform you through this letter that, I was driving my Company provided vehicle bearing registration no MH-01-BG-8376 VOLKSWAGEN VENTO. The same had met with Fire Accident and the complete Vehicle was burnt on 29.11.2015. The Vehicle was lifted and sent to Volks wagen pune (BU Bhandari) for assessment . it was informed that Volkswagen Service / Customer care team will inspect the car & submit report. but till date I have not received the report. I am unable to proceed further for insurance claim as our Insurance is asking for final assessment report from Volks wagen . Need help to get the report at the earliest, it is almost 8 weeks and no response
                            Please look into and inform concerned to submit the report.

                              Hello,
                              I purchased vento tsi model in Dec 2015. Company charged me many hidden cost like they charged me 43, 000 for insurance policy but actual cost is only 21, 000 mention on policy paper...
                              They charged me near by 1, 05, 000 for RTO but I got receipt of Rs.1, 02, 000.
                              Also they charged depo charges, crtm cost, etc...
                              I have all the proof if my compliant will not solved than I put up all the thinks on all social media...

                                I have a problem in my car, there is a noice in car since 3 months i am facing the problem. uppal showroom technicians didnt solved my problem, not even they rectified what was the sound and ridiculous response from the showroom people. they replaced my cars steering ros worthed 50k plus of amount, but no use of the replacement. what to do.
                                pease solve my problem, if not i will take an legal action on this matter.

                                  This is regards to my car bearing redg number - DL8CY 0372 which was purchased in the year 2011 form Globus located at Gujranwala town, New Delhi-110033.

                                  today i.e 29/1/2016 we sent the car for problem to Volks wagen service centre Moti Nagar for a problem regarding speed consistency. There when the accessed, we were told by the service advisor Aman [protected], that due to a mechanical fault in the Collant Pump the coolant has leaked and gone on to the Timing Belt which has damaged the Timing Belt and the same will have to be replaced along with the Coolant pump.
                                  Firstly I fail to understand that how can a mechanical problem occur. Moreover there is no symptom of the same. Moreover not a drop spilled outside the car and the same is directly above the timing belt.

                                  We buy such expensive Cars and will also have to face such enormous reparing charges for no fault of ours.

                                  This is ridiculous

                                    My comp.no.is ccr39550.i registered my complaint on 27 dec.2015. but stil there are no action taken by service center or costumer care center.your service is very bad. it produce very bad and costly service.all service center are fraud. i would like to suggest all the Indian that never buy a volkaswagon car in future.

                                      My DAD unfortunately bought a POLO car admiring german engineering and a month back the car suddenly stopped middle of highway, and he miraculously escaped fatal accident. He had to get it towed and on inspection, it was found that clutch, gear flywheel etc. has given up. on checking the reason for so, he was told its wear and tear and since the car has run for 10300km. he also got a reason stating that driving is not proper. the car is being driven by the same person all this while..
