Fridge

We bought a whirlpool iceberg 7 months back and 10 days back from now, we have a broken door hinge. It takes two people to open and close. We have been calling ever since and what we receive are promises and more promises every time. Once a whirlpool guy turned up made an excuse about part replacement and never showed up.

We have never handled such a situation before, maybe somebody who has faced a similar situation can guide...

Failure of compressor

I purchased Whirlpool Refrigerator Model 215 Elite from M/s. Santosh Traders, 19 Ganesh Colony, Pratap Nagar, Nagpur-440022 by my name Kishor M. Totade on 15/10/2002 Sr.No.INA[protected]. Now my fridge is not working properly so I sent complaint on 19/04/08 to your Mumbai Office through your Hotline No. [protected]. After three days your Engineer visited and checked the fridge. Very poor service

Sir,
My whirlpool sensation washing machine went out of order while on use on 11.09.08 and immediately I informed the service centre at Cochin and as per their suggestion, registered the complaint at the whirlpool complaint call centre at Chennai. The no.given was 3941. They have agreed to send the technician on 11th itself or on 13th positively. Nobody turned up and while enquiring everyday morning from 15th Sept onwards they agree...

Water flows from the fridge even when its replaced once.

We bought a whrlpool refrigerator about 1 month back. It had a problem due to which water flows from its inside and gets collected in the basket. we contacted its customer service and they got it replaced after agreeing that it is faulty set. delevery of old used oven by the dealer

I HAVE PURCHASED OVEN FROM WHIRLPOOL DEALER M/S LEO ELECTRONICS . C ONTACT NO OF TH E DEALER MR paramdhamulu is [protected] cell: [protected].
after selecting of goods and payment he has send old oven and the identification no of the machine and the container was found changed. On contacting i was promised for replacement but so far he has not replaced nor installed the oven at my house.

Poor service / product - Whirlpool Refrigerators

We bought a fridge model number 410DLX Prof on 19th July, 2008. After a week, we got to see that the gas kit of the doors were faulty and were not fitting in. On complaining on the servicec complain center, we have got no response till date. We have been calling every day - speaking to different people but no redressal.
We have had a bad experience and advice all not to buy any whirlpool products.
Very sad service and after...

Thermostat Not Working & No Cooling

i purchased Whirlpool Refrigerator 310 Ltr. Single Door from M/s.Dass Electricals Bibvewadi in 2001.
From day one the refrigerator was having problems.
1) Compressor not getting cut-off after temperature is reached, it is conteniously running. This can damage the compressor & will reduce it's life.

No Response to complaints made since 9 days

I have purchased a Whirlpool double door refrigerator in Dec 2004. Recently i've been facing some problem with it. There is no cooling effect in the refregerator. I have called up Whirlpool Call centre on 18th Aug quoting the problem, an engineer had visited our place and replaced 2 parts ( motor & Timer ). I've paid somewhere close to 2000 Rs. washing machine faulty

dear sir/mam, i had purchased a fully auto washing machine (h65model). it is giving so many problems now its delay wash is not working properly, its rinse function is nt working at all. its water intake was less so i lodged a complaint at the customer care over tele, a local very local mechanic was sent who himself said that this washing machine is a pain, he knew nothing and replaced a part of the water intake and went away it worked once...

Service center scam and poor after sales service

I am a very frustrated owner of the fully automatic washing machine which completed its 2 year warranty in Feb 2008.
Since March 2008 I have had repeated problems with this machine and the engineers come and fix one problem only to create another one.
I have made countless calls on the last few months..had my machine lifted to the workshop and each time they say they repair one part...

No Cooling or Totally frozen chambers

The story is about a Whirlpool refrigerator model 8035 bought three years ago. It is called ' Ice magic' with a 6th sence technology. However, from our experiance it has become a big nui'sence' to use this refrigerator with frequent breakdowns. I lost my 'sence' in complaining to the service personnel who do not have a clue on what is happening. Finally they said it is a 'foam melting'...

Defective product. no customer service response

I made a mistake of buying a whirlpool fridge from Saravana stores for about 22000 rupees. The door is bent and the rubber beading is defective. I need a replacement and compensation for my trouble. Calls to managers in saravana stores or whirlpool customer service do not help. CONDENSATION IN THE REFRIGERATOR

Sir,

Kindly let me know the remedial action to be taken to stop condensation in the refrigerator. In humid and rainy season I experience that water accumulates below the veg tray, which I have to wipe out every now and then. The inner walls of the refrigerator have droplets of water.
