Whirlpool - Worst after sales service

Poor quality machine

Have purchased the machine around 3 yrs back. I have got fade up with the machine. I had lot of expectations with the Whirlpool Company. This is one of the bad experiance that II have any of world leading brands like whirlpool.

Very Poor Service

Hi,

My name is Natarajan. I bought a fridge in 2003 from whirlpool with guarantee for 5 years and went for an AMC upto 2010.

Last month (april), our fridge had a problem of not getting cooled. So we placed a complaint and a service agent came on 19 Apr 2008 and said the compressor was not working. As we still have guarantee for the product as well as AMC for upto 2010, he changed the compressor after a months...

Bad electronics & terrible service

We bought our machine in 2006 and we have been having problems with it right from day one. It used to take about 4 hrs do do a simple wash, with the display board showing errors in between for long stretches of time. The diagnosis initially was that the water pressure is not good enough and it was taking too long to fill. very poor service

respected sir,
we have serviced our refrigerator with whirlpool authorised service agents he tooked a month time to service it on 5/5/08 we got it and charged rs 1025. for gas, relay, uand the next day it again stopped cooling again we given back the refrigerator to service centre on that onwards he tell us that he will give it on tommorow, day aftertommorow, but his land number always kept in silence mode.he never lifts his mobilephone....

Refrigerator not working.

Refrigerator delivered on 20.1.2008 at the marriage ceremony hall, which was bought from Sony Mony, Irla. Within 4 months, fridge stopped working. Complaint lodged on 28.4.2008 vide complaint No.0122. Almost a month to finish. On many request technician did not turn up saying that there is no service centre at Bhayander (East) where the fridge was taken. On constant following, technician came and said the one part is not working...

Defective fridge since supply, false promises by the customer care to replace the fridge

Complaint: I purchased a refregerator (Whirl Pool) on 20th April2008 from Kapila Electronics Janak Puri, New Delhi. The next day Whirl pool engineer visited and informed that the sealing rubber is defective and the fridge has to be replaced with a new one which the company will replace within 3 days. Same was passed on to Kapila Electronics, the dealer.

Pathetic and Deceitful Customer Service

I bought my Whirlpool 260L Elite refrigerator in Bangalore from UNILET.
I bought my refrigerator last year and had cooling problems 4 times since. The last problem arose around 1 week before the warranty was to expire. On raising a complaint a serviceman visited and said a component needs to be replaced and would come the next day. That was the last I heard of him. Manufacturing Defects

I bought a Whirlpool refrigerator of model 310l Iceberg on 30.12.07 from a well known dealer in south Kolkata. Within few days after Installation I find that foods inside the fridge not getting cold enough as it should be. For few weeks it was neglected because due to cold climatic condition during winter.

Very Very Very Bad Service

I, Dilip Kr. Verma, 5, Ashok Vihar, 2nd Phase, Ind. Area, Adityapur, Jamshedpur-832109 (Jharkhand)
