I have purchased brand new double door refrigerator of whirlpool 280 L from Sales india ahmedabad in sept 2006, after 1.2 yrs suddenly freezing stopped, they have charged 1200 Rs for sevicing. ( they have replaced relay switch & gas) Now after 5 months of service again freezing stopped.

I am experiencing great service & product failure by WHIRLPOOL.

Complaint no 8859, dtd 21st feb, no responce as on date. As on date given 4-5 reminders on toll free no. but still no body has visited our house.
