Flight tickets not confirmed

This is Iyswarya
I have booked two round trip from Trichy to Kualalampur and made the payment. Post debiting the money the ticket was not confirmed. I have been trying to reach out to the customer care but there was no response. We also tried to reach the office, but the office was not in the given address. We are yet to get the tickets or refund. I have booked it on Dec 6 for travel in January 2023...

Amount Deducted but ticket not generated

I have booked two monument entry ticket for Charminar on 08/11/22 but my amount was deducted and i didn't get my ticket successfully. So i have mailed Yatra and tried to contact with Yatra but they don't give any response from their side. My Google pay UPI transaction id is[protected]...

Ticket Amount deducted but its not booked

I booked bus from yatra palampur to baddi after making successful payment it is not reflect on booking section. Amount is successfully deducted but ticket is not booked I connected with yatra support but they didn't help....

Regarding booking ref number[protected].(ROUND TRIP CCU TO KBV IN ThaiAirAsia)
I have paid and done the booking on 03.12.22 at 7:30am. No confirmation received yet. It's a complete harassment to a customer. Ok have spent the money. Neither do I have a confirmed ticket nor can I purchase another one due to the uncertainty that it get confirmed ....

Flight ticket PNR unconfirmed and money deducted from Bank

I have booked a flight ticket (Booking ref.[protected] on Dec 02, 2022 (from New Delhi to Udaipur) and payment has been deducted from my account. However, the ticket is showing unconfirmed ticket everywhere.

Please call me back or reply as soon as possible and let me know the status of my booking send the confirmed ticket. And refund me the deducted amount if my ticket is not booked.
I am also unable to reach out...

Ticket not generated

Hi!

I have booked Vistara flight tickets from Goa to Bangalore on 10.12.2022 for 2 adults . I have paid Rs 18320 via net banking. It showed payment successful but tickets were not generated. I have attached screenshot for your reference. Please help....

Train Ticket Issue

I booked train ticket via online portal Yatra.com. amount of 4397.45 has been deducted from my bank but ticket is not issued. Refund is also not there. Customer Service phone number is also not available. Email has no response.

Refund of International Flight Ticket

The Thai Airways cancelled my return ticket in feb 2022. Since I needed an earlier date, I re booked another day with a promise from Yatra that refund will be given in 180 days for the cancelled flight. But till today I just keep getting apologies mails and no refund since 9 months....
