I ordered Fiery chicken wings chicken and it got delivered.

I’m very sorry to inform that its like a raw chicken with masala.

This is food and we are not dog to have the raw chicken

And the person who gave the support from zomato is very bad manner. He/she doesn’t know how to talk with a customer.

Zomato should be more responsible if provide the online food delivery. We are ordering food wen we feel hungry and they ask us to wait for 24 hours wen we raise the complaints.

Sometimes we are ordering food with last money from tha wallet. And we are trusting you that the food will be deliver properly. Here zomato guys are breaking the trust to ordrr food from online.

Kindly request them to stop the service if they can’t treat the customers well

Finally I’m directly called to the restaurant(empire)

I’m appreciating their service. They gave proper item and taken back the first delivered order.

But still I didn’t get any kind of positive response from zomato side. They updated me like Still they are working on the same.

I need to take proper action to zomato.

    I have been charged for 699 inr for gold membership which i haven't opted for. This seems to be an auto renewal without even knowing me and my consent. This is really ridiculous and insane which i haven't expected from zomato. I don't willing to continue with this membership and seeking refund.

    They is the simple case of fraud and cheating, and it should be taken up to the consumer court.

    I have complained about quality of food before 3days against order I'd [protected] but I have not received any revert from zomato pls help me and do somthing for my complain
    I have ordered one chicken swarma chicken do pyaza and 4 tawa roti
    i got 1 paratha and a 1 rumali toti and half tandoori chicken
    i slept a night starving i feel zomato is fraud
    i paid before i get the order

      I yashvi khandelwal of agra had placed a order of paneer butter masala. Using your mobile app after all the formalities were done i was paying the amount using my debit card when i received an otp i had entered that otp in the transaction and proceeded with it then it showed a error but when i got a message from my bank that certain amount 143 was deducted from my account but i have not received any delivery neither had i received any confirmationon the app please review my complaint as soon as possible

      On 19th September I ordered from Zomato..the payment has been made online and the same was deducted from my account...but still on Zomato app there is no order displaying.

        When i trying to place an order it shows like your account has been disabled. You can't order anything like that i don't know why this happened. Actually i raise a complaint on one food order and zomato people assisted with me and resolved my concern and that next day i opened the account for ordering them it shows like disabled.         I had ordered pizza from zomato on sunday 30/01/2018 and when received it, complained about the same, because of it's inediblity. They kept saying that they had escalated the issue but that didn't help my cause. I had wasted 4+ hours on customer service and they didn't address my concern. They refused to take their food away and refund my money. I need to be provided service that i'm paying for and anything less is unacceptable. The topping of the pizza was lopsided and only the base was there to be eaten. I kept telling them that this is not acceptable, and they kept giving me standard reply instead of addressing my concern.

        I m bhuvnesh rai i have ordered food rs 200+ at zomato 1 chicken swarma chicken 2 pyaza and 4 tawa roti from ananya retraunt lucknow patrakarpuram but he sent me wrong iten 1 paratha and 1 rumali roti with tandoori half chicken.
        so late night i cannot do anything i m complaining plz refund or else take some action
        I am book a paneer butter masala sbji. Very bad smel in sbji and his quality very bad. I am contacting to Zomato help support. His do. Not reply my msg .and contact restaurant his say i

          I have ordered food on zomato at 7:36 pm on 30th sept and id is [protected]. Order is chiili milli paratha. As comfirmed by paratha house food vendor, they submited order to zomato delivery boy (Danish momin no. [protected]) at 7:45 pmonly. When contacted to delivery boy, he confirmed that he delivered order to wrong address. This wasted my 3hours waiting for order and money. How will i get my money back?

            30/september/2018 i was ordering food from indian kitchen via zomato, the amount was 367.60, while making payment the it displayed something went wrong, i tried again then it showed wait for the marchant website then returned to payment option again, but payment got successful 2 times, and amount of 735 is deducted from my account., but order didnt got placed, how do i get refund??

              Zomato does not verify restaurants listed on their app. I had a personal experience with an order from a restaurant in bangalore that is listed by 4 different names on zomato. They do not have a restaurant license to operate neither do they have a food safety certificate. They are serving stale meat and dog, cat and rat meat in the name of chicken. They operate as a public kitchen from a warehouse. I have video evidence. My husband is hospitalized with food poisoning. I have complained to the food safety association as well in bangalore. Zomato needs to verify the restaurants they list because we as customers rely on them to order food from restaurants we haven’t even seen. They have to have some quality grade standards for tie ups. And their customer support has no resolution.

                  Zomato blocked my account with phone number [protected] suddenly and after email they told me that it happened because of operational error in the system but still they are not unblocking my account and they even don't have any valif phone nunber for customer support, they just automated mail response system. They block their customer without giving them any proper reason with proof.

                    Zomato is very untrustworthy. They do not cancel the order and refund your money if the order is delayed by more than 20 minutes. Also if the restaurant delivers a wrong order and if you bring it to their notice, they don't give a sh*. Zomato has a long way to go to catch up with swiggy in terms of it's professionalism and attitude.. The agents on the zomato app do not even care to answer you.. They just say "we are sorry for the inconvenience" and that's all they do.. They will never cancel your order even if the fault is of the restaurant, they will not refund your money or deliver the right order even if there is a wrong order delivered..in short, if your exact order comes to you within the expected time of delivery, you are fine, else god is the only one who can help. These guys should be dealt with seriously and should not be allowed to take the customers for a ride anymore

                      I ordered in "Gundappa done biriyani mane" from zomato. I did the payment through my debit card, Rs 114.50 got debited from my account. An error occurred while ordering and no order number and no confirmation msg received. The order was not placed but I lost my money.
                      And customer care number not connecting.
                      Please refund my money, that's the only money I had😣

                        I gave an order to z5loft restaurant in Bangalore and paid in advance but the delivery guy messed the entire order and now zomato is not ready to return the ordet amount. I tood them that you can take back the messed up delivery as I am not going to consume it but still they are not ready to regund the amount.

                          I placed an order thru zomato from freshmenu.. One order was missing n the other was very different from actual and stale taco..                             I activated zomato gold on 11th september 2018 paying rs. 1500.

                            Within 15 days of registering with you, they revised the policy for zomato gold and deprived me o[censored]sing the same if i go to a restaurant alone. Soon after changing the policy, they have also reduced the prices of this service. They have completely cheated the people who placed faith in you and registered with your zomato gold service.

                              Returned to zomato page and i got reply is "seasion expired page not found".
                              And order not book.

                                I had placed order on zomato.com on 31 August 2018 at 10:31:36 PM.
                                Order ID : [protected] for a KFC product.
                                Total amount paid by my Credit card : 573.96. online

                                The order was not delivered. I contacted to customer care of zomato.com and they said my paid amount will be credited back to my card in next 7 working days.

                                It is going to be completed 1 month but amount is not credited back.

                                  It is brought to our my notice that order placed on 03.07.2018 for rs.304/- was delivered, however the fact is mc donalds had cancelled the order for the reason informed that "cannot deliver from nariman point area" as i stay at girgaon. Further it was informed by the staff of mc donalds that the amount deducted from my account will be credited within a day or two. Now considerable time has passed. But till date amount is not credited to my account. Therefore i want an explaination regarding the matter when the order was cancelled by mc donalds immediately how could zomato deliver the same. Please check the cctv footage of that date which person of zomato had delivered the order to my place. The fact is that, order not delivered but amount was deducted. Such a worst service not expected from you. I want to know the name of the person who has delivered the order to my place. I hereby once again request you to look into the matter and find out where my money is lying, is it with you or mc donalds revert my amount immediately or else i will have to take necessary action.

                                    I purchased a zomato gold subscription on 13th sep 2018. The amount got deducted from my bank account but i didnt receive any refund back it is the 15th day today. And there is no response from their side. Their app or website also doesnt have any customer care numbers. And the ones which are there on google or anywhere else they dont respond not even pick the # call. They dont reply about mails or anything. Guide me right how do i lodge a complaint against them or atleast their customer care service.

                                      This is 2nd time i’m making a complaint i didn’t get any responses from zomato i ordered from zauk restaurant through zomato app on 24 september after applying my code i done my payment by syndicate bank debit card but didn’t get any order confirmation as the payment gateway get errored but my money was deducted from my account. I have email zomato as well but they didn’t respond
