Refund

I booked a ticket n need to cancel straight away as it shows 78000 but money was taken as 180000 as in bhat.

Waiting for the refund, no one is helping.

Need to confirm when it will be disbursed into my account..

Staff is not at all helpful....

Holding checked in Baggages for more than 2 weeks

We are family of 4 traveled from New York to Delhi (Fri Jun 17th)on Virgin Atlantic and from Delhi to Chennai on Air India (Sun Jun 19th) . As per Virgin Atlantic our luggage's are checked in to our final destination which was confirmed by Air India counter at Delhi Airport. Ticket not issued

This is to inform you that one of your representatives booked two Air India Flights for me on my behalf. I received the payment links through email and I was then asked that I will be receiving pdf of both the tickets within 15-20 min.

Those 15-20 min have now been changed to 15-20 hours and still I have not received any tickets. I have been fed up with calling and explaining this case to multiple Air India Customer representatives...

Duped out of Rs. 40000 by Air India.

I booked a ticket of Rs. 41, 000 from Delhi to Geneva for 30th of June 2021. The flight was via Frankfurt, Germany. Due to covid restrictions, Germany declined any transfers for Indians. However, no such notification was given to me by the Airline.
When I reached the Delhi airport, the airline executive denied me the boarding at 12 a.m. in the night.

I have traveled to Dublin, Ireland from Hyderabad, India Using Airindia along with Lufthansa. My issue was I have bought excess baggage for the whole trip from Hyderabad to Dublin in the Airindia Counter Hyderabad. Damaged Bag

I arrived from Lon to Kochi on 22nd June in business class. Upon collection the bag, I noticed several damages including but not limited to one strap was loose and locking of the strap broken. I draw the attention to the officer on duty near the conveyor belt and informed me following his quick look at " can't do anything" He even refuse to record my complain . Unable to reschedule flight

I have been trying to reschedule the flight for my wife and kid for more than 2 weeks, I tried calling Air India customer support more than 10 times but I am still not able to reschedule my flight because of various reasons like call drop, and errors in the system. Delayed flight

Dear Sir/Mam,

I booked flight from Toronto to Delhi for 24 June 2022.

I reached at Toronto air port well on time and deposit my luggage and clear security check in then suddenly airline staff came to me and said i can not travel in this flight due to some seat issue !

Didn't receive refund of cancelled ticket from 23rd may

I have booked ticket on 20th march with air india app for 30th march. Than i have cancelled my ticket on 23 march but didn't receive my refund till now.

Poor Customer Service

I wish to register my grievance against Air India airport staff Mumbai . We were 3 passengers travelling from LHR to GOI VIA BOM arrived @ 02.10am on 2nd May 2023 there no proper guidance at the airport that we should fill in the lending forms or re checking our baggage your Air India staff wearing Air India lanyard were directly us in the wrong ways and we could not make it to the flight . Could not travel on the expected date due to lack of information sharing by air india (refund of amount)

Transaction Failed, Amount Not Refunded

Excess baggage charges while baggage conforms to limits

Hi,

My family and I booked 5 tickets from Delhi to Kullu dated 9th June 2022 on flight 9I-805. Booking was done via online booking platform Goibibo.

Our confirmed ticket listed checkin luggage limit to be 15kgs. On the day we presented with 5 checkin luggage bags totalling 71 kgs. We were asked by checking in staff to pay Rs10000 for excess baggae. They said baggage limit for Delhi to Kullu flights is 10 kgs...

Luggage lock was broken

Booked ticket for 3 passengers on 12 may. The airline cancelled the flight. I have called thrice for refund and it almost a month and no refund issued, no reference number given for my telephonic complaint. I am also filling this form for 2nd or third time.
