I have been facing network issue (call lost, internet browsing slow, downloading slow wtc.) since almost a year now. Earlier it used to be intermittently, but since 2-3 months network is way too bad. Already visited local kiosk : Kapadia Industrial Estate, Shop No 1 &2 Aadeshwar Arcade, Andheri - Kurla Rd, Chakala, Andheri East, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400093
I was asked to take the proof of same through G-Net track lite app. So shared the pics by personally visiting the store again, for the tracing done on 11th July 2023. Post that i did receive the call on same day to confirm that someone is working on this issue. After that there are no further updates. I have been trying on same no since 2-3 days, but no one is responding. Can someone please look into this issue as I believe if Airtel cant fix simple issue on 2g/3g/4g how will they support faster speed on 5g network.
Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by rikinshsrkb Can someone from Airtel act on this and fix the internet issue.
I was told by the airtel kiosk executive that based on network images that I shared, there would be someone from Airtel to personally visit the problem faced.
Its been more then 2 weeks now.
Seems all airtel technical guys are busy on various other places.
