Not installing camera and not giving refund

I have called airtel xsafe on 15 April 2023 and made a payment of 4000 for installing camera on my premises but installation team denied to install camera then I cancelled the order. It's been 13 days they didnot gave me refund. Even airtel store is not helping...

EC amount not getting from distributor

So far neither Airtel company nor distributor bothered to answer my problem, 10days passed, iam not able to recharge my valued customer, they have to walk a mile to recharge Airtel
The Airtel company does not look after the retailers complaint who done a recharge of Airtel for more than 15years
I don't understand what type of management, it is really pity to note

3532 New Broadband Connection SCAM

Mr Meganathan Executive Coimbatore visited my flat and gave assurance connection will be done within a day. I had paid rs.3532.92/- on 19th April 2023 for new broad band connection. After payment, they told me to wait for 30 days to give new connection. then airtel executive called me that there is not service near my residence and i'll get refund. It's almost 10 days Mr Meganathan is not picking my call and didn't get service or any refund....

Airtel is stealing consumer data

My 7 GB of additional data and 1 GB of daily data were stolen by Airtel. In order to do work, I typically use my laptop to connect to the internet via a mobile hotspot. Not getting EC amount from distributor

Iam a retailer for last 15years in Airtel
My distributor is TAMBIS TAILORS VELLAKOVIL TIRUPUR dist TAMILNADU
My monthly average recharge to my customer Rs 70000/-in my locality
He told me that if you want EC AMOUNT, send it through MITRA APP through UPI ID.

Xstream fiber cancelled before installation and refund not received

For Xstream fiber installation I paid 4000 rupees to Airtel and before installing the package I cancelled and I got the message that amount will be refunded in 7 working days.

I cancelled on 28th March and till today I haven't received the refund despite so many mails to the Airtel.
