poor internet connection and network

Internet is mostly poor, no or extremely slow connection and doesn't even reach across the room. I am located in chennai near anakaputhur and office is in elcot, shollinganallur.. i am facing network and internet connectivity issue both in home and office.i have raised 4 complaints so far and no actions have be taken from their end....

postpaid sim network issue

Mine is Airtel post paid sim and Not getting 4G network from my residence. Most of the time network gets downgrated to 2G/3G. I am not able to access internet. Frequently I have to put on air flight mode and back to reset my network. I have been complaining to Customer Care for over last 6 months. Everytime I complaint, they inform there is new tower coming up in your location next month and this goes on....

internet not working for the past two months

Hi,

My number is 49287130, and i am using your airtel connection since so long. You people are so shameless that even after so mANY COMPLAINTs you have only one word and that is damn SORRY. What i have to do with your sorry. I am paying 1100 bucks. You people are cheaters, lurchers who know how to grab money of the people without giving them the service.

extremely slow or no internet connection

Internet is mostly not there, no or extremely slow connection and doesn't even reach across the room. Even to check speed internet browser not working, taking time to load for more than 7 mins!!!. It stays like this almost all through the day, and only gets better later in the night after 12 am. So far 2 complaints have been filed with airtel in the last few months, and still this problem keeps on happening....

unprofessional personnel at bhopal intentionally cut the connection

This is in regards with the unprofessional personnel of airtel in bhopal, gulmohar colony area.

I had raised a complaint regarding frequent drop of the broadband connection which hinders the work process at our office. Once they claimed to have fixed the issue, i asked them to monitor it for a few days just so we are both sure that the problem is resolved. my sim is blocked and someone else is using my number

My sim is blocked for no reason and my phone number has validity and money to make a call. And someone has bought my sim number? I really don't understand how airtel can give my sim number to someone else while i am using it, i was unable to contact my old friends and i was unable to access my email and other login due to 2-step verification and i have been using this number more than 3 years. Really worst service from airtel....

I lost 27gb data in one night without using it

no customer care support

We have lost our mobile number and wanted to block the SIM card .
Tried to connect Airtel customer care number 121 & 198.

Both number gives recorded message mentioning press 1, 2 etc . continuously and never accepts our input and comes out after some time that our number of tries over .

first recharge failed multiple times after porting to airtel prepaid

I have ported my airtel postpaid number to prepaid on the assurance of their customer care representative that it will be seamless and to enable prepaid services i just need to do a first time recharge of 298 rupees. Once the call disconnected i got the message that my sim is converted to prepaid but when i tried recharging the sim it has failed 3 times. The money is being deducted but the services are not getting activated....
