I returned the product with proper tags and they took it but they didn't refund my money after 15 days also.So please help me to get my refund.

    I have ordered 6 items from AJIO on 24th April worth Rs.1424. The amount tis debited from my bank through net banking,
    But the order is not placed. Still I didn’t received any refund. Kindly review the transaction details and please initiate my refund ASAP.

      Not able to place order

      My ajio app is not working since 4days. Whenever I open the cart the app crashes and it shows we are updating our prices and it keeps on refreshing the page and gets stuck. This is such a big bug in your software and it's a shame that developers have still not able to fix this issue. I have raised the complaint and all I get to hear is wait for 4-5days. Or update the app. But my app is up-to-date and i have even reinstalled the application....

      I have placed an order on 17 March 2022,

      In that order, 2 items were not delivered till now.
      AVAASA MIX N MATCH * 2 Units

      it's been more than a month, and items are not delivered, nor i am able to cancel the order as it's showing processing.
      I have called AJIO customer care 10+ items, but no resolution given.
      If i don't get a refund i will proceed with a complaint to consumer court and sue the company with penalty charges for the harassment they caused.

        I purchased adidas crew neck sweatshirt size -(L)order id(FL[protected])dated[protected]
        I have size issue with this product.. I created return to exchange the product with size-(M)orderid(EX[protected])
        I got the exchanged product within 5 days but i got different product that product brand name jackjones t shrit
        So I Create the return request & shared the pictures also .within 3 days my return request as been accepted.. after one week company told that product is nonAjio product so unable processing the refund says the ajio company reshipped the that nonajio product
        Please help on this i want original product or my money thats it…
        I dont accept that reshipped product..
        Take strict action on company AJIO

          Amount is 630.00 + 539.00 (partially refund to source Rs.111.86)
          both the payment are not refunded to the source.

          Total refund amount is Rs1169.00/- but refund at source is only Rs.111.86.
          feel cheated. Never go for online shopping they can cheat you easily. they transfer the amount to their own source with limited period validity which we wont know when will it lapse.

            I order Rosso Brunello Shoes on 10th jan 2022 vide order no #FL[protected] through ajio .com for Rs 6269/- and the same has been initiated for return the same day, but the delivery boy took it and return the item after three days and told my maid that the price tag is missing, then after formally complain many times to ajio and they initiate the return on 28th march and they wrongly pickup on12th march 2022 vide return id #RT60807228 and on 29th march2022, i received an SMS that a refund has been initiated andit will be reflected in my accountnwith in next 5 - 7 business days but i have not received till date..

              Have been trying to return a dress from last two months. Not sure whats taking so long for Ajio to just arrange a return pickup?? Every-time customer service representative give some information, some excuse and a new date to be resolved. The complaint then gets closed in two days without resolving the issue.
              The order id is FN[protected]. Have been following through email and phone but in vain.

                I ordered 4 products together of Lakme which was supposed to be delivered by 14.03.2022 but even after registering 5 complaints the company is not giving any resolution to it and just giving the false hope of receiving the return in 2 days . Misleading information is being given by ajio again and again . SEVERE DISAPPOINTMENT BY AJIO and reliance.

                  I recently placed an order on ajio with order I'd FN[protected] for 1gm Laxmi yellow gold mellora coin 22kt on 20th April 2022, payment for Rs 4311.29 was successfully deducted with my card ending 7937 HDFC credit card and along with it i used all my reliance, ajio points and ajio mahacashback in the given order. This order shows confirmed in ajio order section but says cancelled in help section. I tried calling ajio customer care and they said order is successful and also showing cancelled, neither i have received any email or sms regarding order confirmation nor i have received any cancellation of my order with refund initiated from ajio's end. I am not even able to cancel this order as it shows some error. I am attaching all relevant screenshots. Please cancel this order and initiate refund for my card and ajio wallet and mahacashback

                  Even after calling ajio customer care, email them and even mailing there grievance offer, my ajio mahacashback, points and my payment of Rs 4311.29 from my HDFC credit card ending 7937 has not been refunded after 5 working days.

                    I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Clothing, shoes & accessories

                    The issue that I have experienced was: I placed a order on 11th march 2022 of 2 gram gold coin of Rs10992/- its order number is FN[protected] but still i dont get my coin or dont get my refund i called them daily and they told me on 9th april 2022 its getting RTO so it will be not be delivered to you so we are creating a return id and you will get you refund in 7 days but still i dont get my refund and they always gives me the same statement we are sorry you will get your miney in 24 hours but i dont get anything please help me.

                      On 15 delivery person had cancelled exchange without informing I have been constantly reaching ajio plus I reached delivery person on 16 and 17 how is this done it's not the process there is no means he has the right to cancel order plus no help from ajio, why am I forced to keep something which I had to exchange

                        I'm trying to return these two products from last 20 days. I contacted them before the return policy so I have a validity to return those products.                           The trousers were from Alsace lorrain with total bill of 1520/- but I just received a parcel with a missing order of green trousers and there is no option for direct customer care executive or even an option to complaint for the missing item
                          I would like to place a complaint against the app and my return against the same asap

                            Hi,

                            I have placed my order# FN[protected] for 2gm - 24k gold coin from AJIO on March 26th, 2022 by spending Rs.9401 as UPI payment, 1000+116 as my cashback points = Total = Rs. 10, 517/-. Then it was reached to my nearest logistics hub and held for for more than 6days without calling me. But i have reached in between 2times for logistics to deliver my product and also raised complaint with AJIO[protected] Press 1 for English and Then 2 option and then 9 to talk to agent). At last i found logistics hub address and reached there and got to know due to lack of delivery boys it was not delivered. By that time its late AJIO RTO locked it and asked logistics partner to return it back on 6th Apr, 2022. Finally my return was approved on 11th April again 1week delay. Till date i didn't receive my refund after calling Ajio customer care team they say my order return pickup was on hold today (18/04/22) It's almost 22days they didn't even deliver my product or my refund was issued.

                            Also i would like to mentioned AJIO customer care complaint dept people has no minimum ethics to deal with customers they us as if we are working for them. Very pathetic service.

                            I need my refund immediately, please help me with this issue.

                            Yesterday Evening one of the supervisor told my amount will get credited to my account today(19/04/22) and now talking to an other executive they say my refund will be initiated tomorrow and it takes more 7days to credit. This kind of service persons and this pathetic service from AJIO.

                            Its better not to choose AJIO.

                              I have ordered the product and refuses to accept due to sone reason and product was not delivered and returned to the source.

                              I have asked customer care about it multiple times and they yare giving me false promise of refund and not returning my hard earned money.

                              Their complaint is just keeping the customer hold for sometime and not for the resolution.

                                This is in regards with the return process. One of the product was pickedup on 8th April but the pickup guy has updated the status as return cancelled. Since then I have been following up with ur team on call everyday. I get to know a different story each day. Today I got a call from your team saying that the logistics partner has denied the pickup. Was that a fraud? It's ur responsibility to check. What are u guys trying to prove? Do you wanna say I'm lying?? Expected a much better resolution from Ajio (the great reliance group). I'm writing this email with just a hope for justice.

                                    It’s been more than a month and my refund has not yet issued and when ever I call Customer care they don’t respond properly and my complaints (tickets) are getting closed without my consent/solution. It’s a mental harassment for me now. Keep on calling every time and not getting proper response.
                                    I am very disappointed.

                                      Ajio is making a fool out of me with out providing a refund for their pathetic looking dress. I have been given a complaint id which is of no use. COM[protected] is the id. Every time I try to talk they either drop my call or ask me to wait for 2 days it’s been more than a month.
