Return product

I've tried to place an order with Ajio through my UPI on 13th March and money got deducted but order is not placed stating order placement is failed

Refund not received

I have ordered 3 products and returned 2 of them, and the delivery boy picked both of the items but i got refund amount for only one product, and the ajio app shows that i have canceled the return for one product for which I haven’t received the refund money, so I hereby request you to kindly solve this issue as soon as possible.

AJIO Consignment not delivered, but status maintained as delivered.

Tracking ID [protected] was not delivered. AJIO updated their status as delivered . Very next day, complaint was raised by me around 23rd Dec ‘21. Then they called me, asked me about the complaint and promised to resolve in 4 working days. After a few days, SMS is sent to me stating that the complaint has been resolved without any mention or explanation as to how it got resolved. This cycle, of me putting repeat complaints and AJIO...

Refund not received

I have raised the issue so many time. I just saw a thousand of complaints regarding this issue. I returned the products but haven't received the refund yet. They keep on saying that they have initiated the refund but it just doesn't show up in my bank account. They are making all o[censored]s fool. There are so many complaint regarding the same issue. I want it fixed. I haven't received my refund worth rs 700+...

My account has been blocked by ajio. There was money lying in my ajio wallet which I have no access to now. They are not even transferring it to my bank(balance was transferable)....

Fake attempts are performing by delivery agent again and again

1. Delivery person is not contacting me to pick up a parcel and updating the status as pickup attempted. I raised a complaint regarding this whose complaint number is COM[protected] whose due data is today.

I am not getting help from customer support regarding this complaint.

I have called Customer care for the 10 th time and they are raising complaints on complaints whose due dates are delaying but not actually...

Ajio Amount debited but order not placed

My order for four Bags did not go through but amout of Rs.5228.13 was deducted by bank on 12 Mar 2022. Please try to re book my order or refund my money soon....

I didn't yet receive the refund amount.

I have ordered a printed tiered dress, but I received a completely different product from what I was ordered .So I placed a return request and accordingly return pickup was completed on 6th March but I didn't yet receive my refund amount of 950 rupees (it's been 4 days till today 10th march) . This is started from 25th Feb 2022 and i had a mail communication with customer care AJIO. They are replying with predefined templated and im sure i will nit get solution if its going like this.

Amount Debited but Order was not placed.

I just paid 1700 via paytm to AJIO for puma sneakers that I have wanted to order.My amount has been debited but the item is still in the cart and order section is empty.Payment at 19:34 on 9/3/22.Please credit the money to my bank or place the order....
