I had ordered one gold bracelet. I got the better price in some other site so i returned the product and i have the photocopy of the returned receipt. The seller was joyalukkas. I received a reply from seller saying that i have not returned the product. Then i called amazon customer care. They asked me to file a case in a-z buyer guarantee case. I filed it. 1) I can't install or delete any applications because mobile reboots when install or uninstall any application. It reboots min 10 times to install/uninstall any apps. The same issue for os update.

2) Some times auto rotation not works. Even I checked the mode to portrait and then to auto rotate again it is not working. After rebooting the mobile only it works.

Amazon cheated by giving defective product. I wan't...

Placed the above mentioned order, nobody contacted me for the delivery and i got sms stating that you guys were unable to contact me for continuously 3 days. I didn't got any call.. There wasn't any network problem.
Point here is if you have my full address then why don't you deliver the product directly.

Amazon has no info on their product page which says this is nonrefundable. We have no used it and informed that this was falsely delivered to our premises. We already have this.

Now, they are not refunding or returning for this product. I have purchased massager which is refundable. How would i know they have different policies for massager without adequate information.
