Amazon .inapp placed my order on Oct 12 . Expected delivery is on Oct 18, on Oct 18 I received a call from Amazon at 10.45pm, call cutted then informed to customer care on Oct 19 . Then on Oct 20 I received my order, when I opened my box PHONE Is THEFT. Took a video raised a complaint as product missing . I Have been a regular customer of Amazon for nearly 10 years. However, the present experience has been very much disappointing.
I had given 3 orders on 9/10/2023 –

I have been following up with Amazon about my Samsung s23 mobile delivery but got no response but false promises that It will be delivered today or tomorrow. they have no actual information about the delivery agent or where the parcel is and just making false commitments to get through the call with customer.
They have no insights on order or delay will just say :sorry" "apologies" etc and will get back to you asap....

I have ordered a product from Amazon on Oct 17 2023 and it was showing it will be delivered on Oct20. On Oct 20 6.28 pm an OTP was sent and after 6.45pm a call came and I was not at home.
