The product does not have adequate customer service care, and they denied service warranty without providing a denial letter. I have ordered a 1 TB HD from Amazon as a COD. When the HD came, I have informed the courier boy that the Hard drive seems to be too light, I think the package is empty. Since it was a COD I paid, however opened the packed immediately with a video.
It only have a case with no HD. within minutes, I contacted Chat support. They said, wait for 3 days for payment settlement, I contacted them again after 3 days and they said investigation...

I refer to this Acer DA240Y PC Monitor FHD available on Amazon India by seller Appario Retail.

See the product specs on Amazon. Seller says it's dual band WiFi 2.4Ghz as well as 5 GHz.
Acer themselves are silent on their official product specs on Acer site.

Kindly note that this info is totally wrong. The product only has 2.4Ghz WiFi and that too very weak. You must be in the range of 8-10 feet to catch...
